商品はきちんと送られてきて梱包もされていましたが何故か時計のケース外箱と時計のケース箱共に角の部分が大きく破損状態で送られてきたのが残念です。

Dear Sir Box left our office very nice brand new, i really apologize that you got it in bad condition, we shipped always with FedEx and never happened before, i wish it was in our control, I'm sorry for the inconvenience

The watch did not come with the “paperwork” at all (as listed in the sale). Also a secondary document was agreed to be provided, it has not been yet (as of the date of this review) . I asked C24 to intervene. Attempted to return the watch but it would turn to be a lengthy process and likely would end up getting a partial refund since I had already opened it, would take time for some sort of inspection.. Not the best experience

We have been extremely communicative, speaking and emailing on a daily basis, so I am unsure how our communication level was so low to you? We have explained to you multiple times that the warranty card will arrive 2 weeks after the watch is shipped, for this specific watch. We have also explained to you many times that the delay in the card is for your benefit and the warranty would start only after the time of purchase. I am sorry you are so dissatisfied with your experience and our service. We will note your comments for the future. Enjoy your watch!
