Mi è stato recapitato un libretto di istruzioni diverso da quello utile per regolare l’orologio da me acquistato. Non sono riuscito ancora a comunicare costruttivamente per cui non ho risolto ancora il problema.

description was 99% Like brand new. i asked for further watch strap photos, and commentary. another 6 photos and commentary were supplied. None of which illustrated clear, blatant wear marks on inside of straps discovered on unboxing. would i buy again from LTW? def not. recommend ? def not. if you gonna say its 99% like new: this watch was totally misrepresented. buyer beware.

We always represent the description baed on the IWJG watch description rating scale...which mainly emphasizes the watch itself; the head, case, crystal, dial, etc... were all 100% like new (even the AR coating was scratch free and perfect). We use a Richmond certified watchmaker to do all our inspections prior to listing (Richmond owns IWC). The 99% rating was because the watch was previously worn. Please read our feedback here and Ebay (18 years there) and you will see this is the first time we have ever had anyone comment on our item description not being accurate. Regards, Dan
