Watch was as advertised and authentic. Dealer missed shipping deadline causing planned gift date and logistics to become incredibly complicated (on my end).

Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war karg, ich hatte Bedenken was die Uhr angeht, da der Händler schreibt, dass es sich um tatsächliche Bilder der Uhr handelt. Herausgestellt hat sich, dass er mehrere davon hat. Er hat mir dann ein Video meiner Uhr geschickt und darauf sah die Uhr sehr gut aus. Sie ist auch schön, allerdings nicht voll funktionsfähig denn das Datum lässt sich nicht einstellen. Ich habe die Uhr am 03. August gekauft und war länger im Ausland, deshalb konnte ich sie erst nach Ablauf des Widerrufsrechts begutachten. Ich habe dem Händler geschrieben, dass sich das Datum nicht einstellen lässt. Darauf hat er nicht mal geantwortet. Ich war dann beim Juwelier Wagner in Wien um die Uhr begutachten zu lassen und da wurde mir bestätigt, dass die Funktion auf der Krone wirklich nicht funktioniert. Es ist vielleicht das Widerrufsrecht abgelaufen, aber der Händler gibt an sich zwei Jahre Gewährleistung auf seine Uhr, bei beispw Herausfallen eines Diamanten. Ich denke da sollte wohl auch eine von Anfang an nicht funktionsfähige Uhr abgedeckt sein! Ich erwarte mir eine Rücknahme, zumindest aber eine Antwort...
