The watch was mentioned as available initially even though the delivery delay was 3 weeks. I therefore decided to place the order. After 3 weeks I had no news so contacted the seller and I had been told that the watch was not yet available due to transportation strike in Italy. I decided to cancel the order.

Totally disappointed with this company. Although soon after payment they informed me that my order was shipped (also provided a tracking number), The order was indeed shipped with more than a week delay after payment and after I was forced to make a complain with Chrono24.

Montre en stock et livrable sous 2 à 5 jours sur l'annonce. J'achète la montre le 04/10/2021 et confirmation du délai de livraison par le vendeur pour le 07/10/2021... Montre reçue le 28/10/2021 !! Une honte !!! (et il ne s'agit pas d'un soucis avec UPS) Je vous passe les excuses plus ou moins douteuses du vendeur par message... mais grosso modo, l'annonce était mensongère puisqu'elle indiquait une montre en stock (pastille verte) alors qu'en réalité ce n'était pas du tout le cas !!!! 3 semaine pour acheminer une montre en stock est juste INADMISSIBLE !! Je précise qu'avant l'achat j'avais demandé par Message au vendeur s'ils avaient bien la montre en stock car il s'agissait d'un cadeau d'anniversaire et que le délai de livraison devait être absolument tenu !!! Donc pour résumé c'est un fiasco et ma femme n'a pas eu son KDO pour ses 40 ans !! Je ne recommande absolument pas ce vendeur !! Il s'agissait en plus de mon premier achat sur Chrono24 et je peux vous assurer que je suis plus que déçu et que jamais je ne repasserai commande sur ce site !!!

Bracelet monté à l’envers. Le marchand a tenté de m’amadouer pour gagner du temps en me promettant l’envoi d’un nouveau bracelet (il m’a même demandé mes goûts) mais à fini par m’expliquer que c’était impossible. Vendeur à fuir !

Ich habe ein Uhr bestellt über diese Händler der die ware zu späth geliefert hat, ich habe die Uhr nicht angenommen und gleich zuruckgeschickt.Der Händler hat mih sehr lange wartenlassen mit rücküberweisung,nach unzählige e-mails an Krono24.de die gesagt haben dass sie warten müssen auf die bestätigung des Händler das er die uhr zuruckbekommen hat, letzt endlich nach ein Telefonat mit Krono24.de hat der Händler bestätigt das er die Uhr bekommen hat,nach Zwei Monate die mitteilung das ich mein geld bekomme.Diese Händler ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen, kein seriöse Händler, Finger weg.

Horloge had 2 krassen op achterzijde. Contact met de handelaar verliep ok. Soms verwijzend naar vorige mails wat als bot werd ontvangen. Langdurig retour. Geen retourkosten vergoed gekregen.

Watch was not in all original packaging (Additional silicon strap was not in original packaging). Dealer promise me that they will send me 2020 production year watch and they didnt (in appology they said that they will send me additional special 1 year warranty card - after 3 weeks waiting still didnt get it). Also screw down crown in my opinion (Iam Seiko collector) was already misscrewed sometimes before I get it. Overall I do not recommend this dealer!

Nonostante avessi chiesto la consegna posticipata di una settimana ( ero fuori regione) e mi fosse stata confermata per iscritto, all'atto del pagamento è avvenuto l'invio e il corriere dopo non avermi trovata stava per rimandare indietro l'oggetto. ho dovuto veramente fare "i salti" per arrivare 15 min prima che venisse messo su un camion per rimandarlo in negozio.

L’orologio non funzionava e ho chiesto che venisse aggiustato, la prima risposta è stata quella di portarlo in assistenza presso un certo Hamilton - ovviamente mi sono rifiutato anche perché non c’era nel mio paese - quindi l’ho rispedito al venditore. Dopo quindici giorni stavano ancora cercando il guasto. Chrono24 è intervenuto minacciando la revoca dell’ordine ed il venditore si è chiuso in un inspiegabile mutismo! Chrono24 mi ha reso la somma versata.

Giuseppe Del Monte L'orologio è stato mandato da noi in Assistenza, dopo che lo abbiamo ritirato a spese nostre presso ISCHIA che essendo un'isola il corriere ha ritardato il ritiro per la pandemia in corso., le abbiamo proposte varie alternative visto che non era ri-ordinabile in breve tempo. Non stavamo cercando il guasto, ma era in assistenza, visto il momento di Pandemia, i centri di assistenza hanno molto lavoro da smaltire cosa che non ha neanche preso in considerazione. Nessun mutismo, le abbiamo risposto sempre in giornata, insieme alle chiamate e aggiornamenti continui, avendo oltre 926 recensioni positive, i clienti sapranno bene capire che lavoriamo con il massimo impegno e serietà e mai avremo preso in giro un cliente. L'article a mis plus d'une semaine à partir de chez le vendeur qui pourtant avait mentionné que l'article était disponible et prêt à être expédié. Il a fallut une relance du site Chrono24 et plusieurs communications auprès du vendeur pour que l'article me parvienne. Donc pas de soucis sur le produit mais le vendeur n'a pas été honnête dans la disponibilité du produit.

I'm sure normally the buying experience is flawless. However, it took the dealer 3 weeks to deliver the watch while less than one week was planned. They didn't respond to my requests for information via Chrono24. I had to call them multiple times. In the end, the watch was delivered. I won't make another purchase with this dealer.

El reloj me llegó sucio, plagado de huellas y grasa de haber sido manipulado, pero algo que realmente me hace reseñarlo ya que no se por cuantas manos pasaría y no llego ni a visualizar como de sucias deveria estar dichas manos. Era para un regalo, menos mal que me dio por abrirlo antes y pude limpiarlo, sino hubiera quedado fatal.

Proizvod je došao kao opisan s dokumentacijom i u ambalaži no komunikacija nije bila glatka (katkad višednevna kašnjenja odgovora na moje upite). Također je isporuka kasnila preko 3 tjedna bez davanja određenog termina dostave do zadnjeg trena tako da sam mislio i odustati od kupnje. Ipak bih preporučio trgovca no uz poboljšanja u poslovanju koja sam naveo. Lijep pozdrav. Hrvoje
