Whilst their communication was quick, they had incorrectly advertised the model of the watch, after I purchased they advised me it was wrong and offered to ship the model they had in stock, which was a smaller watch and not the same. They cancelled the order promptly and cooperated which was good.

Pt communication was poor, very bland answers. The picture is also just generic picture of watch. They did ship the item quickly though and i got it without issues.

I never received the watch, although communication was not bad, they advertised the watch and then when it did not arrive they claimed they couldn't ship to the U.S.

Overall communication is OK however I had a question related to warranty that could not verify at longines page. But the answer was not satisfying and seems like they do not want to help to solve the issue. Further noted that you need to pay for tax in addition to the total price.

Item was as described but the seller profile said they were from Michigan and it shipped from Canada. Estimated delivery was the 19-26th but it arrived on September 9th and I was out of town.

Overall I had a really positive experience and the watch was as advertised! I was really pleased with how fast shipping is too! I wish that this dealer was correctly advertised in location bc it states in Michigan, but it shipped from Canada and took a solid week after payment for it to even ship. The dealer also never replied to my message when I inquired about ship date. Thankfully the fast practically 2 day shipping (once it was shipped) and excellent product made this a positive first experience with chrono!

Watch is nice, BUT Seller, yes seller (not chrono24 or 3rd party) collected GST and my provincial tax from me, even they are from a different province, they added the taxes into the watch sale price, make a higher sale price plus shipping, and refused to give me an invoice for showing the taxes they collect. Talked to manager on the phone, he said the watch is from another dealer and they just shipped to me, they are just a middle man, what a joke from a business. But he said he will give me one, I'm still waiting for it after another 10 days. This is 100% tax fraud and they will get report to tax department for sure. Also they mailed to my billing address instead of shipping address, wasted half of my day. Overall, good watch and fast shipping, but an uncomfortable purchase.

The seller printed the label but did not ship the watch out until 2 weeks later, after I raised an inquiry with Chrono24. I understand that we live in a new normal but the seller should have reached out and notified me that the shipment would be late.

Not much effort to sort out a shipping address issue with the courier, and after 4 days cancelled the order that needed to arrive on a specific date.
