Thank you for your support but we need to clarify the actual situation so people who read this review understand what is going on. For shipping, we shipped the fastest possible way with insurance coverage. In fact, the shipment cost is more than the amount you paid for, but we did not mind and paid the extra shipping costs, hoping that you will appreciate our kindness. The watch is as what is shown in the listing. As usual, we took videos of the watch before we shipped out. We always made sure that the watch works before shipment. So there is no issue with the watch at all. Upon receipt of the watch, you asked us questions which we really could not answer. The questions were really beyond us. One of the questions you asked was about the shape of the original watch box - why was it shaped like that. We really had no answer for the question - because it is up to the watch manufacturer to design their watch box. When we could not come up with an explanation, you demanded an answer from us. You got aggressive towards us. That was when we mentioned that if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, you can return to us for a full refund. That is why we are still puzzled why we deserve the label of "bad service and communication". We tried our best. Your questions are really beyond us. We have no control on how the watch manufacturer designs their watch boxes or watch certificates. Thank you for your understanding.

You are one of the most unreasonable customers we have ever come across. And we do not welcome your purchases in the future. We have stated clearly in the listing that the watch does not come with the original box - and yet you kept insisting it should have come with it. 1. We have stated time and again that the watch needs to be protected against the rigours of the shipment process. That is why every watch that does not come with the original box - is put in a protective container with a lot of bubble wrap. Such packaging arrangement is necessary as we know that the watch needs to be protected well. 2. Perhaps you are expecting a luxurious box packaging for you. But we stand by our business practice - you get what you see in the photos - nothing more, nothing less. This is to prevent any misunderstanding and unreasonable expectations - like yours. 3. And you are telling lies when you said that the watch is wrapped in a plastic bag. We DO NOT wrap our watches in plastic bags during shipment. Customers who have purchased from us will know that all watches are put in protective containers with shock absorption materials. Please do not taint our reputation with your exaggeration. 4. And for the communication, we have always responded to you messages politely and promptly. In fact, in your messages - which is recorded in chrono24 chatbox - you stated that the watch is in beautiful condition. And yet - you criticise the packaging of the watch, which helped protect the watch from any physical harm. This constitutes unreasonable behavior. And we do not wish to deal with unreasonable people. For clarity, we will always abide by our business practice - we will deliver on what we post on in photos. What you see is what you get. And we will always protect the watch from damage during shipment. This is our number one priority. The packaging might not suit your taste - but our focus is to deliver the watch safely every time.

Just to clarify: Order was confirmed on 12 Feb, we shipped immediately the day after 13 Feb and you received it on 17 Feb. Watch reached you at superfast speed. Watch was well packed like every other watch we ship. Watch in mint condition. We never communicated with you - other than you placing your order, and we providing the tracking number. So in all, we do not know why the 3 stars. Thanks for your support!

Okay, they were a bit rude and told me off when i decided not to buy the watch. I only asked 2 questions, wasn't like I frustratingly lead them on. When I politely declined to buy, the vendor told be “you should be clear on what you want before wasting my time” basically. I’ve dealt with many people on here and those who do the best are ready to answer all questions, not get annoyed over just 2. No a negative rating but just a nudge to the vendor to treat prospective clients a bit better. If they dont buy this time, but you leave a good impression they will next time.

First of all, we need to state that we have always been cordial with our clients and buyers. We have never turned down any genuine buyer who is keen to purchase our watches. In this case, you made a request for a steep discount for an Omega watch you were keen on - and our staff politely confirmed with you whether you were able to go ahead if he checked with the manager. And you confirmed that you will go ahead with the purchase if the request was granted. But when our staff confirmed that your request was granted, you changed your mind and went back on your agreement. Based on the conversation as recorded in the chrono24 chatbox, our staff just indicated to you to be sure of your purchase decision before making any requests - because our staff do not wish to seek insincere requests from customers who were just trying to test the price. However, you responded in a very aggressive manner and retorted my staff saying “ That’s your problem and not mine”. And this is after our staff did the kind deed to seek permission to grant your request. My staff did not respond to your rude retort. And you followed up with some online bullying of my staff, taunting our staff, saying (in exact words) “ Are you scared of your boss?” We chose not to engage you further because it will not be consistent with how we treat our customers. Let’s be clear that the incident is not about 2 questions that you asked. But the way you intimidated our staff is simply unacceptable. As much as we want to extend excellent customer service, it is also important for us to protect the well being of our staff. Your aggressive words and intimidating stance made it impossible for us to engage you further. We did not wish to reveal the true extent of your behavior, but by giving such a biased review - we feel compelled to make our stand clear.

Hi we have packed the watch box securely and you received the watch on 28 October 2021. No notification was given to us about the damage of the box till 22 November 2021 (date of this review). You also did not communicate with us throughout the process. It is almost impossible for the box to be damaged with our shipping packaging. If the box were to be damaged, you would have notified us earlier rather than waiting for almost a month.

Just to clarify, For shipping : the watch was handed over to you face to face via a direct meetup at the hotel you stayed in Singapore. We made the extra trip to personally hand over the watch to you. We tried our best to provide the best service. For the watch: You inspected it thoroughly and accepted the condition during the face to face delivery. Subsequently, after the handover, you mentioned that the watch runs one second slower after two days - which we offered you to return the watch for a full refund - which you declined and wanted to keep the watch. On top of that - you requested for a FREE Sinn watch band plus additional discount - after the watch handover, which we politely declined. And perhaps our decline of your request for the FREE Sinn watch band with discount - did upset you, resulting in your ratings. We offered you the option of a full refund but still you decided to keep the watch. We always try our best for every customer. We have had 100 over positive reviews.
