We confirm this watch was serviced and was checked on the Timegrpher prior it was sent and all results were exactly as we described “In great Working Condition, Keep Very Accurate Time. Just recently was serviced” ,during the shipping watches passed X-ray and sometimes X-ray affects antique watches, they start to run very fast, it very easy to fix it, in this situation watch need to be demagnetize , almost every watchmaker have demagnetizer , it will take a second and watch will work very well again . But in this situation we don’t believe in this bu yer complain, more likely nothing wrong with the watch. Buyer never contacted our Company with any complain, when we saw in reviews buyer complain, we immediately sent message to the buyer with offer to help fix the problem, buyer never replied .We provide warranty on our watches and in his town we have affiliated watchmaker. There for we believe all his complain it is aspersion. On question for what reason he did that ,we don’t have answer. . He provided 4 stars for shipping , this watch was packed and sent the same day as we received order . It was sent with most reputable and expensive courier FEDEX Express and he provide just 4 stars for shipping . For very unfair and not truthful reviews our Company banned this buyer for any future purchasing from our Company .

We regret to admit that all reviews provided by this buyer are false, groundless , very unfair and contradictory. Please read below explanation on each review separately. 1.Four stars for shipping. The watch was professionally packaged and shipped within less than in 12 hours after order was received, with the most expensive, reliable courier FEDEX Express , the buyer paid for shipping just 50% of the our shipping cost. As a reward from the buyer , we received four stars review. 2. Three stars, for item description .The watch was carefully checked by our watchmaker before it was sent. The watch was in excellent working condition and in very nice looking condition . 3. Three stars for communication . We sent numbers of messages buyer never responded , more likely he rated with three stars himself , as a results of his unacceptable behavior our Company decided to banned this buyer from buying watches from our Company, in response he gave very unfair , false reviews.

We rule out the fact that fact that this review was provided not by the buyer , this review provided by the someone who being bored and sending their offers without any attempt to purchase not now not in the future , this review not reflect any fair information .We promptly responded on all questions and got just three stars for communication ? Patiently waited until his worthless offer expired to relisted this watch from reserve and got just 3 stars and recommendation to deal with us. On our side we don't recommend to other dealers to deal with hamper to work and wasted time

This Repeater was serviced ,ovehaled worked very well , buyer received in perfect working condition didn't complain , we do understand that this antique watch a lot of moving parts and levers specially in minute repeaters , that for we provide 30 days warranty on any ours watches , we assume that there are possibility that watch can have problems even after was serviced and overhauled ,but not in this case , we believe that this buyer nothing else but a scam , buyer contacted us in regards of broken mainspring with request to pay him $1,200 for repair three weeks later , to change mainspring in any pocket watch even in repeater will not cost more than $100 included parts, we offered to this con artist to change mainspring under warranty (if it really was broken ?we a very doubt about this ) he refused, than we offered to take back for a full refund he refused either . We timely replied on his messages and got just one star for communications , we sent parcel with DHL Express , he got in 3 business days and he gave just 4 stars for shipping .We are very sorry that you need to read that , we provide this information to tell the trues and aware others dealer from this buyer , we banned him to buy from our company.

We try to do our best and it wasn't easy , name of the customer and other information was in Korean and this is foreign language for us. Shipper was confuse with address in Korea how customer provide to us, We timely replied on all customer messages and described watch very well , probably he doesn't understand very well English . We believe we provide great service for this customer even on his side he did everything to make more difficult to fulfill our duty. It looks like in his reviews he recommended us a seller but we will not recommend him as a buyer.
