Comms were kind of combinative. I was trying to partially trade a much more expensive watch for a used less expensive one.... They were not about it and refencing the wrong model to determine if they wanted it or not. Oh well.

Ordered a watch. Paid for it. Days later the seller informed me that it was no longer in stock... I doubt about their professionalism even though communication was ok.

This watch was returned. It was advertised as mint (MINT is in the title!), but what they sent was scratched and clearly not mint. They offered another watch for $450 more, saying they couldn’t sell me a mint watch at the price they agreed to and I paid. I declined that offer and returned the watch. Instead of refunding me immediately, two days later they instead offered to swap the same watch they previously tried selling me for $450 more. I declined. Then it took them several days to actually cancel the transaction. Several more days to actually get my money back. Im sorry to say this was a very frustrating experience.

Thank you very much for working with us. We offered various solutions including an upgrade option at no additional cost. A refund was initiated after we received the item back. But unfortunately it took a few days for the refund to be fully processed since the payment was made via trusted checkout which is beyond our control.
