After my credit card payment, the seller told me that the item sold on eBay and has been dispatched the previous day to the customer. ??? He offers me an alternative item at the same price and fast delivery. I had accepted the offer to avoid the hassle, but the item I had received was definitely not the one I was looking for.

Bracelet was not the same as shown on the picture and have asked explanation from dealer. Dealer replied he used stock pictures as he sells so many bracelets. I prefer to see the pics of the actual object for sale since it's a used product. A second message did not get a reply from dealer.

Bad experience unprofessional, I bought the bezel , but the dealer deliberately sent the damaged one , I asked to him why did you do it , giving an excuse he sold it on eBay , so why did you sent me the damaged one the then giving me $150.00 discount I asked him I am not here for discount . Wasted my time and the return shipping cost . Please if you got the order for the product which you have advertised you should send the same one . Quiet few people have complained about the same issue. Hope you will understand from your mistake next time. Thank you
