Delivery was very quick! Packing was ugly and sloppy looking but safe. Did not contain "Service papers" promised in the advert. No original box or papers but maybe you have to accept that due to the relatively low price. Optical condition was worse than described or shown in the pictures. The bracelet smelled so strongly from perfume I had to replace it.

Hi thank you for your review Firstly yes we did forget to send the service paper which was from Harrods we can still send it to you or email it Secondly we try to pack the watch as secure as possible but not to gift packing secured is more important than gift packing The watch is second hand with original strap Watch was described as no original box or original papers About the the perfume smell I cannot help that as mentioned second hand and people do ware perfume but the strap is in very good condition not damaged at all The case was polished from before and sometimes you cannot polish anymore because you will lose its shape I hope you will consider also the price was cheap not because the strap smelled with perfume or the packing was not gift packed but it had no original box or papers Kind regards
