I received the watch I ordered, but it took the dealer 10 days to ship via ground shipping, which took another 4 days. The watch was professionally packed. While the dealer claimed to have the watch "in stock" when I ordered and paid, it looks to me more like the dealer sourced the watch internationally after I placed the order. (The dealer is in the US, I am in the US, and the watch came from an authorized Omega AD in Argentina). Every other dealer I have ever purchased from has shipped an "in stock" watch within 24-48 hours after the order was placed. I do think this should be disclosed in the dealer's Chrono24 ads, so potential purchasers know what to expect.

Shipping took MUCH longer than originally quoted. I was told the watch was In Stock and ready to ship. Over a week went by after placing my order and I found out they still did not have the watch In Stock yet, and that they were still awaiting its arrival so they could inspect it and ship it to me. The “Estimated Arrival Date” range came and went and the watch still hadn’t shipped. I had to send repeated messages to the seller, most of which went unanswered. I tried calling the phone number several times, and I only got through once. All the other times it went straight to voicemail. Eventually, I received the watch and I’m very happy with the watch itself. However, the process to receive it was far more of a hassle than it should be.

I do not recommend or trust to do business with them at all because their problem is that they aren’t clear in giving information at all only if you asked them they will reply, but if you didn’t asked you wouldn’t know. I bought a Bulgari watch from them as a new watch & after I made the money transaction & the paper work they requested me to provide (which for your info it took me around a month to provide it) I was surprised: 1. After I asked them about the warranty they replied that the warranty has only 6 months of its original two years warranty period although that it is stated in their watch description that the watch has a 2 to 3 years international warranty. 2. After a week from confirming receiving the money transfer & this is after a one month of waiting for their requested paper work I asked them when will they ship the watch I was surprised again for another delay that the box was defected & they have requested a new box for it which will take another week to provide. 3. After a long wait I received the watch in a slightly damaged watch box so no new box was provided as they promised. So in that case this is my recommendation you accept it or you don’t this is your choice.

I specifically chose a US dealer as I live in Canada. No issue receiving the watch but they should disclose if the watch is going to be shipped internationally through several countries before you receive it. Seems a bit dubious.

Although the communication, eventual purchase and overall experience was pleasant, the transaction was a little odd. I couldn't get pictures of the watch prior to purchase, but was told that the watch was with a supplier. The supplier turned out to be in Asia not in the US, leaving me pretty concerned after I had made the payment. Luckily everything turned out fine, but any potential purchasers should be aware of the fact that this dealer doesn't actually see some of the watches they deal with. I only wish that they had been more open regarding the location of the watch. The watch turned up out of the blue, having had no indication that the watch was in transit or had been despatched. Communication was great with the dealer, with prompt responses and questions being fully answered. Overall I was happy with how things turned out, but I would have maybe thought twice if I had known that they were not actually physically handling the watch they were selling.

Sold a watch that apparently had not been verified for quality before listing and didn't communicate any issue until I reached out to them for an update. My patience was exhausted after three weeks of them "trying" to find a replacement. Though there are many of this particular piece available elsewhere on the internet. Even after offering to accept a substitute from their own inventory they did little to accommodate any reasonable level of satisfaction. Very disappointing interaction to say the least.

I emailed the Dealer prior to buying my watch. I was told that my watch would be shipped the day payment was made or the following day. My payment was made and then I waited and waited and waited. My watch was finally shipped almost 2 weeks after purchase. Apparently they had to wait for the watch to be shipped to them before they could in turn ship to me. I can understand that being the case but be honest with me UPFRONT. Don't tell me that my watch will be shipped that day or the next and then when I make my payment then put in an order to ship to the Dealer and then finally ship to the customer. My problem with this Dealer is that they lied to me instead of just being honest. I would have still bought the watch and would have known how long I will be waiting. Instead, they decided to not be truthful and force me to wait.

WatchShopping.com advertised this watch as 'full set' (complete with original box and original papers). They quickly agreed to my offer. It took about two weeks for the package to ship. It eventually arrived without the factory warrantee and exterior card box cover. The pandemic has affected all merchants so I have sympathy for everyone who has to work under difficult circumstances. Their safety comes first. The holiday period also played a part in the time it took to ship. I appreciated the speed and courtesy of communication with 3-4 members of the team during this time. However, for a purchase of this size I expect a product to be shipped complete as described. That was not the case here. When I asked for mediation and pointed out that the factory warrantee and outer box were missing, I received the former in a follow-up delivery but not the latter. The warrantee document was folded and scuffed. The watch itself appears to be in fine condition and good working shape. But having bought 12 watches in the last year, including six through Chrono24 from Japan, the Netherlands and Taiwan, etc., the experience with WatchShopping.com was one of the less satisfactory. My recommendation to them is to be more forthright about the status of a package and its contents. Knowing the condition of the warrantee card and the absence of the outer cover in advance would have allowed me to make a more informed decision.

Then, I thought my watch would have been arriving about one week after purchase, but it took nearly a month via Fed Ex. Now there's all kinds of excuses for this (Xmas coming, Covid 19 etc) but that too should have been communicated to me and maybe I should have been given a credit. Mixed experience, I received a watch in excellent condition, but not the watch I ordered. In fact it was a bit of an upgrade (though the packaging for said watch was not the same as the packaging I received). I decided to keep it regardless, and then had communication issues with the dealer as there was supposedly a possibility that I’d have to return it (which would obviously be a huge hassle). Ultimately it all ended up ok, but it was more stressful than it needed to be.
