The item shipped Fedex, the dealer told me he couldn't ship when promised due to Fedex not running because of Veterans' Day. Fedex ran on Veterans' Day. If there was an issue, all I would have liked was honesty, not a story. When I explained I was not happy with being told on Wednesday it would ship on Thursday and it not, the dealer became condescending. It became worse when I commented that I didn't want free items, that I just want what I paid for when I was told it would ship. The item was a good price and was as described.

Dealer's comment:

Delivery was delayed by one day because of a national holiday. Buyer received it one day late. Seriously.

After delivery dates were missed, there was some confusion on the actual day of delivery but the watch did arrive. Dealer promised a credit to makeup for the hassle.

The photos weren't specifically 'my watch', they were instead generic photos from the boutique they bought them from. They refused to give me information on the watch. They then proceeded to become quite rude and abrupt when I asked basic questions and took the stance that I should just "return the item" and sent me shipping labels and began mediation on my behalf.

Dealer's comment:

Buyer needed to receive the watch in 2 days for an occasion. Our office was closed due to civil unrest in the area, so we expedited delivery by having it ship directly from an Omega boutique in San Juan. Buyer expressed disappointment with this and demanded a $1000 refund or threatened a negative review. We refuse to be bullied into offering refunds for no reason.
