Lieber Kunde, Erstmals möchten wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Unser Uhrmacher hat uns mitgeteilt dass die Batterie getauscht wurde. Bevor wir die Uhr versendet haben, haben wir sie geprüft, und sie lief problemlos. Daher können wir ihr Problem nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wir arbeiten mittlerweile seit mehreren Jahren mit diesem Uhrmacher zusammen, und es gab diesbezüglich noch nie Probleme. Trotzdem haben wir ihr Feedback an unseren Uhrmacher weitergeleitet.

Photos a améliorés, montres automatiques pas égales à montres quartz ! Si vous nettoyez pas les montres de 2ème main, et que les montres neuves n'ont pas besoin, dans quel circonstances vous les nettoyez ?

The pictures gave a good impression of the watch, however, the seller listed this as "watch running good" . My interpretation is that it keeps time OK and has at least 1 night's power reserve (otherwise why bother getting an automatic watch?) In reality it only runs good while wearing it, if you take it off, then after few minutes it stops. I believe the technical condition was overstated and misrepresented. Despite friendly communication with seller there was no solution offered other than me getting it repaired at my expense. I would have preferred a more accurate description (e.g. untested, uncertain) so I would have avoided this purchase.

This seller has interesting stock, fair prices and is reasonably communicative. However, for reasons connected with shipping, I cannot currently recommend the seller for transactions beyond Germany. More specifically, the seller made errors with international postage of a watch to me not once but twice. The second time, the watch entered Canada (instead of the correct destination in Australia), parcel tracking was lost and the watch has not been received by me. To be both clear and fair, the seller and Chrono24 did act promptly to remedy the situation with a refund, something for which I thank them both. I do hope that the seller will be able to remedy the shipping issues going forward.

Uhr entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Die Lieferung als DHL-Paket war sehr fix. Bin zufrieden und würde immer wieder bei Uhren & Antikes kaufen. Einzig, ich hätte mich über eine Versandbestätigung mit Trackingnummer gefreut.

Gebrauchter Artikel , Gebrauchsspuren wurden angegeben . ( Keine Beschädigungen vorhanden gewesen ) Beim nächsten mal bitte erst genau die Artikelbeschreibung lesen bevor man so NIEDRIGE Preisvorschlägen von sich gibt .........

Der Händler versuchte, dem Problem auszuweichen. Er gab an, eine neue Batterie vor Verkauf eingebaut zu haben. Das stimmte nicht. Ich musste die Batterie selbst ersetzen.
