PROS Shipping was fast Watch was in excellent condition (see below) CONS Dealer offered two of the same models in his listings. However, I was sent the piece I did not order. Opened dialogue for a return and was told that the seller would not pay for return shipping/insurance. Not only did I receive the wrong piece (which was missing an extra strap that was supposed to be included) I was expected to pay for return shipping. I kept the watch that was sent....didn't want to be out more than I already was. Poor business modeling and an ethical nightmare.

I sent the wrong model…true. Buyer loved the watch but complained about the missing strap so I offered to buy a brand new strap & Brand new buckle form the manufacturer…Buyer declined so I offered a full refund. 2 days pass and Chrono24 contacts me and says the buyer is willing to keep the watch if I buy him 2 different Brand new straps and buckles in addition to the 2 that came with the watch…Otherwise he was going to leave poor feedback. I told Chrono24 that I will not be extorted and for buyer to send back the watch for a FULL refund. No contact since only to find out he is keeping the watch by reading this review.

Buyer refused delivery...refused to arrange to either be home or pick up shipment...buyer refused to be present after agreeing to buy watch and after I shipped. Cost me shipping to and from his residence. Stay away from him unless you are meeting in person. Terrible!

Once receiving, I had to take was in for repair. Battery, needed to be replaced, and it had a stripped screw sticking out the back
