We made a mistake in the listing about the size of the watch, excused ourselves and offered you two options: 1. Return the watch at our cost 2. Keep the watch and get a financial compensation. We are glad you kept the watch. Regarding the production year, it is unclear since the watch was purchased at a sales staff and was sold with box only. We cannot say if it is 2018 or 2020 but this is already quite precise! We are a serious trusted seller and thank you for recommending us in spite of the problem you have experienced. Es gab einen kleinen Schaden beim Transport, weil die Box die Umverpackungs-Box beschädigt hat. Der Schaden ist durch unsachgemäßes Einpacken des Artikels entstanden. Ich habe den Schaden beim Verkäufer gemeldet , und nur nachgefragt ob er vielleicht noch eine andere hätte. Naja, ich wusste nicht das man in der Schweiz so unentspannt auf eine simple Frage reagiert. Man hätte einfach tut mir leid sagen können, und kein Problem, wir tauschen die Umverpackung, oder es ist leider nicht möglich. Aber warum denken Alle immer gleich bei einer Reklamation das man Sie angreifen würde ?!

Der gelieferte Artikel ist ca. 15 Jahre alt und in neuwertigem Zustand. Wir haben den Artikel sehr gut verpackt und sind nicht verantwortlich für eine LEICHTE Verschlechterung des Umkartons während des Transports. Wir haben Ihnen schon erklärt dass ein solches Umkarton nicht umgetauscht werden kann. Wir haben Ihnen eine Erstattung angeboten und Sie haben diese abgelehnt!!! Wo ist das Problem? MfG.

Packaging is good but watch was obviously dropp shipped, took nearly 2 weeks to get it. Answered questions fairly quickly but rudely and with details/context Did not expect the gold color on bezel due to poor picture light quality and lack of this being in description

Dear Sir, in answer to your comments: 1. you are wrong, the watch was shipped in due time as our listing mentions a 10-day delivery time once payment is received. Your payment was received on April 16th. and we shipped even earlier than planned on the 24th! Then the Post delivered on the 27th. but this is beyond our control. 2. Rudely answered? You have asked only one question and we replied to it fully and precisely! 3. If you had paid real attention to our pictures and read well the description on our listing, you would have noticed that bezel material is gold/steel. Consequently, we think then your feedback is totally unfair. Kind regards.

Seller advertised watch case as 47mm. It was actually 42mm. Seller had date of manufacture wrong in listing also. Seller offered to accept a return of the watch (they would pay for shipping) or they would refund approximately 16% of the purchase price. I accepted to refund partly so I would not have the hassle of returning the item and possibly having the seller claim it was damaged. Not saying they would do this, but I felt it was the safe thing to do. Price was good. Communications were great with the seller. Shipping was fast. I went with Ch24 to avoid the problems I have read about from those who purchased from grey market dealers only to experience problems here also
