Customer had ordered the watch but unfortunately it had very recently sold in store and was no longer available. We try to keep everything up to date, but unfortunately, with a busy brick & mortar store and other online channels we sell on we aren’t always perfect. We immediately notified, and apologized to the customer. Offered to send photos/info of other similar watches that they might be interested in. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience and will do our best to prevent it from happening again

David, we're very sorry for the miscommunication on the Louis Vuitton Watch. We have a busy brick and mortar store and a couple different platforms that we sell on. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the same morning I accepted your offer the watch was sold in store. Normally we'd get you another one, but since it's so hard to find we had to cancel the order. We really do apologize and would like the opportunity to work with you on another watch and in good faith would like to offer you a discount. I will reach out to you directly to discuss options.
