This beautiful vintage Tissot watch went from America to Spain and arrived in 4 days! Super fast International delivery, like all out international shipments. This Shipping rating is unfair, we offer super fast and secure shipping for all our customers. The buyer never communicated with us, we were never told what the issue was. Our guess is this bad rating is the result of receiving an opened/damaged package which can occur with international shipments. This is typically due to security checks by customs officials. They tend to tear apart packages in search of illegal contents. That is why sometimes the packaging does not arrive in perfect condition. Not the seller's fault, just a normal and expected situation. Please buy from us with confidence, we offer reliable, fast and secure 5-STAR international shipping.

Shipping time on the item description said 7-14 days, the watch was delivered in 10 days. We understand our shipping time for some items is not as fast, we are working on getting that fixed. Watch supposed to be in USA but shipped from South America. Took several days before shipping in a small box wrapped by a fast pack envelope. For the price charged to me for shipping, I expect better

About the shipping, the listing clearly stated a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Monday, May 20 - Item paid Wednesday, May 23 - Item shipped Monday, May 27 - Item delivered 2 business days to check the watch before shipping 5 days to deliver the package to Hong Kong It was delivered on time, it only took 5 days to deliver. That is very fast for a package going from the Americas to Hong Kong! We used DHL Express which is the fastest service DHL offers. Most sellers in Chrono24 charge $75-$125 for shipping to Hong Kong, we paid $60 to DHL and charged the buyer $55. Shipping time was very fast and shipping costs were more than fair.
