Due to multiple issues out of our control, the watch was delayed. I had to email multiple times to chase this up to find out what was happening, despite the delay being a huge inconvenience for me. Eventually one of the team contacted via phone. Options were discussed about ways to discount for this inconvenience, but it was poorly followed up on and multiple messages were not responded to. This resulted in no discount at all and ultimately a very rude email response from the dealer. The watch is lovely. The communication and customer service however, was hugely unsatisfactory.

We are always striving to improve our services in order to keep our customers happy with the products we sell and especially with the experience we provide. We very much apologise for the delay in receiving the purchased watch! As previously explained (while still within the agreed delivery timeframe), the incorrect watch was mistakenly sent to us by the manufacturer. Sadly we had absolutely no control over that, but nevertheless made our upmost to deliver the originally ordered watch as soon as possible to you. We must however disagree to your statement regarding the lack of communication from our side, as we have been communicating with yourself at every stage of the process. In addition to messages on Chrono24, the member of our staff was either speaking to you over the phone, or texting over WhatsApp to explain the steps we are taking as well as any possible alternatives in the more personal conversations rather than via blank email correspondences, which you always appreciated at the time. We have also explained to you on several occasions that the price on the platform is fixed and hence no discount is possible unfortunately. Please accept our deepest apologies if our email sounded rude, as we didn’t intend it to sound that way. Nevertheless, as mentioned before, we felt like you are holding us ransom, when saying that you would only "leave an excellent review" if we "would consider the discount”, meanwhile disregarding our explanation with regards to the inability to provide the above. The eventual review that was left by yourself evidently suggests that you have unfortunately kept your words with regards to that, as the discount was not provided by us. We surely regret to see this outcome, but nevertheless are extremely glad that you and your husband are satisfied and happy with the delivered watch, as it is indeed a piece of art. It took almost a month even if I was informed that would take 2 weeks.

We greatly apologise for the delay in delivery, however due to the current global situation many air services, on whom we are highly dependent, are unfortunately not providing smooth and on-time services as expected in the normal market climate. Regrettably we are not in power to affect this, but can only keep you informed about the status of delivery, chasing the delivery services in order to get the timepiece delivered as soon as possible, which was done on the regular basis with prompt responses to every query of yours.
