The two most important aspects to ordering something online is availability and delivery. The watch was advertised as delivered in 2-6 days. I expect it to be delivered in that timeframe if listed as such. That is Chrono 24's policy. The watch took over two weeks to get to me. The reasons don't matter, but all communication around the delay came after a deal was made and I had paid for it. Extremely frustrating as I didn't have the option to procure it from another source at that point, and I had other options. Further, I felt this dealer could have used a faster shipping method once it actually was sent, but he didn't. I didn't ask for this, just opportunity of good will knowing I was frustrated that he chose not to pursue. The watch is great, but I won't be a return customer for Harley's time. Your millage may of course, vary.

hello Theodore, I am sorry that you were disappointed, however you purchased the watch the same day that I picked it up in Europe, which almost never happens, I shipped the watch on the 6th business day after I received confirmation of payment, you are correct I should have shipped it sooner, normally I ship same day order is received, however I was out of the country and did not return until a day later then scheduled due to a problem with my travels, with all that said I wish I could have gotten it to you quicker. I did however ship it as soon as I returned, and used UPS international service, however since it was sent to China during CNY period things went slower then usual. with that said, thank you for your feedback and enjoy the watch.. regards Robert Alexander

I think I will use Harley's again, but here is the problem I had. It took 9 days to receive the Omega Speedmaster "Man on the Moon" watch, which is acceptable. However, The watch comes inside 2 packages, and the black outer cardboard/foam packaging which is hinged to fold open in a very cool manner, and which contains some manuals and a medallion - was damaged - torn and separated at 2 corners. The inner more expensive gortex and velvet/foam strapped box containing the Speedmaster and the accessories was perfect. There is no way one cannot be aware of the damaged outer box - and Harley's said nothing about it. However, I felt I could live with the damaged outer box - I can attempt to glue the corners together. And he gave me a good price. More importantly, I did not notice until after I accepted the Speedmaster that there is a scratch about 3 mm long at the 12 o'clock position on the hasalite "glass". It is conceivable that Harley's did not know it was there - I will never know. But the packaging was opened and the watch was handled in order to photo and display it on Chrono24. So I have mixed feelings about Harley's - which is why I give 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. I will probably try Harley's one more time. It behooves all buyers to inspect their watch diligently before accepting it ... in case you find something small but unacceptable.

I wish you would have contacted me before you posted this review, i would have taken an effort to correct it, at the very least if you had experienced damage on the outer box you should have contacted UPS as the watch was shipped fully insured and they would have addressed the situation. Regarding the scratch you are mentioning i can seriously tell you that i did not notice it, as when i receive the watches they come in a separate plastic bag with foam on them which is how the factory ships it to the dealer, the watch is then put into another package, i only open and marry they with the watch box prior to shipment.
