Buyer's comment:

Took an extra week to receive the watch because a previous buyer was returning it. Watch was missing an alligator strap that was listed in the item description. I tried to get a credit for the strap and was refused. Being that this watch is extremely rare I decided to keep it without the extra strap offered in the item description. To the sellers credit he offered a complete refund and was very responsive during the whole process.

Dealer's comment:

The buyer was notified "before payment was made" that the watch would ship out in roughly a week (which it did) due to being at a Trade show and later the possibility of the previous buyer lagging on returning the item. See copy-paste of the exact quote below. We always try to be upfront so the customer knows the terms of deleivery in the event they wish to cancel or adjust anything "before payment". As far as the extra strap "it was listed" by mistake on our AD even tho not shown in the gallery photo. We offered a Full Refund for the discrepancy including a return express shipping label. The buyer wanted to keep the watch. We do appreciate the purchase! Orginal quote directly from messages: "Hello Michael.
