The buyer received exact same model with the bigger diamonds and much longer bracelet. Same mint condition. Just a different serial number.

There were issues relevant to my perception of the nature of the watch that were due to the seller not making certain aspects as clear as they might have been before the offer was placed which ultimately necessitated my cancellation of the order.

The buyer didn’t ask a single question prior paying for the watch! I’m very transparent and give detailed description of my watches. It not my fault the buyer misunderstood as he told me the watch description!!! Just one angry buyer!

Product was acceptable for the value but was not actually available as stated in post. I waited days for dealer to create the customized watch because ‘it was sold on a different platform’. Excuse after excuse in why the watch was delayed, dealer pulled the gender card mentioning she is a woman in a man’s world running a business alone. Then after multiple attempts and two days promised ship date I was told the watch was taking time due to issues in movement. Finally I had to contact customer support and they had to track down the dealer and confirm shipping. Still the watch wasnt shipped in the day Chrono was promised by dealer. After ordering on 12/11/2021 I received the watch on 12/22/2021 in a after market box which was refurbished and one of the bezel screws laying in the box, carefully placed under the cushion intentionally. I would be very careful with this dealer and it seems they are posting things they don’t actually have in stock and sourcing them after the sale to fulfill the order. This will affect someone at some point negatively. I think I just got lucky and if it wasn’t for Christmas being within days of arrival I would have canceled my order and went with something more assuring.

The watch is custom and I don’t retake pictures of the actual watch as I’m selling this model once a week. The watch I provide is always in mint condition polished and serviced right before the shipping, always clean dial. It takes time that’s why the buyer was waiting for the shipping plus Christmas time. Since the buyer dint return the watch she is happy with it so I’m not sure why there are all these complains!
