The communication with the dealer went well however the delivery was terrible. The watch came with Fedex but I am quite sure that the watch was not sent by the dealer as a high-value item…

J ai essayer de communiquer avec le vendeur ou Chrono24 mais les réponses que j ai reçu ne fesait aucun sens et après 2 mois j ai demander un remboursement et la j ai compris que ce serait très difficile et comme par hasard l article est arriver 1 semaine plus tard

La livraison a été très rapide et parfaite. Cependant, aucun document venant avec la montre n'indique que la lunette est bien en saphir, comme indiqué sur la description, et seul le prix laisse entendre que c'est bien le cas. J'aurais souhaité, et souhaite encore, que le vendeur me garantisse que la lunette est bien en saphir, mais il n'a jamais répondu. Je mets donc 3 étoiles, car je n'ai pas de certitude que l'article correspond bien à la description.

Buyers beware, DHL from this seller is not a courier service, it is general airmail. I paid EUR 45 to send 2 watch straps from Germany to Singapore which took 15 days!

Das Herstellungsjahr der Uhr entsprach nicht der Angabe des Verkäufers im Inserat. Angegeben ist 2021. Tatsächlich ist die Uhr von 2018. Ich weiß, dass die Uhr seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr produziert wird. Das ist trotzdem sehr schlecht. Laut Händler ist mit seiner Angabe des Jahres bei "Herstellungsjahr" der Beginn der Herstellergarantie gemeint und nicht das tatsächliche Herstellungsjahr der Uhr. Hier geht es um den Verkauf höchst präziser und hochwertigster Zeitmesser im Luxus-Segment. Nicht minderwertiger dürfen hier aus meiner Sicht die Korrektheit aller Angaben einer Uhr sein, wenn diese von einem Verkäufer zum Verkauf angeboten wird. Leider sehen es sehr viele andere Händler mit korrekten und präzisen Angaben ihrer Angebote hier auf Chrono24.de auch nicht so genau. Doch gerade das zeichnet einen wirklich guten Händler meiner Auffassung nach aus. Trotzdem war ich im Großen und Ganzen mit der Verkaufsabwicklung des Händlers und auch der gelieferten Uhr zufrieden und möchte den Händler deswegen auch weiterempfehlen, obwohl Angaben zur Uhr im Inserat fehlerhaft waren.

The dealer shipped my order with local postal service and I paid for DHL shipping service causing to delaying for 1 month and payment extra cost for customs.

Alles so wie angegeben in der Beschreibung. Gute Kommunikation und ordentliche Verpackung der Ware. Allerdings gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Versand !

The package was laying in front of my door when I arrived. Everybody could have stolen it. The watch itself had a production mistake but this cant be the fault of the dealer. It must have happend in the production house of Junghans or the watch was a replica.
