Les photos n'indiquaient pas que la lunette était abîmée autour de la couronne/bouton de réglage. La montre envoyée était particulièrement légère.

Our description and photos showed the watch from every angle and there was nothing wrong with it, the watch looked and ran like new. Die Uhr hat schon am ersten Tag Wasser gezogen und war innen beschlagen. Sie ist so unfachmännisch aufgepimpt worden, das ich bei dem Versuch sie bei Wempe reparieren zu lassen, ausgelacht worden bin. Wenn Rolex die Uhr repariert wird sie wieder in den original Zustand versetzt. Das wären bei dieser Uhr Kosten in Höhe von ca 2500€. Ein freier Uhrmacher kann die Uhr nicht reparieren, da er keine Teile von Rolex geliefert bekommt. Mein Fazit: Nie wieder bei diesem Händler! Nie wieder in den USA kaufen! Das grenzt an Betrug und ich ärgere mich über meine eigene Dummheit!

Hi Marcus, we did not receive any communication from you since you received the watch. We shipped the watch via FedEx International Priority and got it delivered to you ahead of schedule. The watch was exactly as described: preowned with custom diamonds added, which you confirmed. If you wanted a plain Rolex then this was not the watch you should have bought. We always strive to make sure our clients are happy and would have definitely replied to your request.

Ich habe die Uhr mit einem viel zu kurzem Armband (13 cm) erhalten. Laut Breitling fehlten zum Original-Armband mindestens 4 Glieder (zu je 65 CHF). Die Uhr passt max. einem Kleinkind in dem jetzigen Zustand. Es gab dazu keinen Vermerk in der Produktbeschreibung. Kommentar vom Verkäufer: Es sei halt eine Pre-owned Uhr. Ich erwarte, dass eine solche Abweichung vom Originalzustand in der Produktbeschreibung erwähnt wird. Zudem wurde die Uhr nicht wie angegeben in der Originalverpackung geliefert. Nach mehrmaligem Verhandeln ist der Verkäufer mit CHF 200 vom Preis heruntergegangen und ich habe das Angebot letztendlich angenommen, um mich nicht noch weiter zu ärgern.
