Acepto la oferta y luego le dije que la dirección de envío es dentro de Estados Unidos .. me comento que hay que pagar 7% más como impuesto y yo accepte. Pues me cancela el pago para enviarme la nueva oferta y luego me dice que el reloj no funciona bien .. Entonces ....??? Porque antes estaba bien y después de 7 horas ya no está...

Prior to the payment, we've notified the customer, that during quality check, we've discovered some mechanical issues with a watch and it requires service from manufacture. Buyer was advised that we will notify him upon completion. Sales tax is applied and collected by Chrono24 for all sales in USA.

Double and triple check your item before and after it arrives. Mine was listed as "Mint" "very good." Mine had an obvious crack that they "missed" and when I removed the bracelet there was enough sand to open my own beach resort. Rubber strap smelled like prom night cologne that won't come out. I lost allot of time, effort, and faith in any "member of the international jewelry guild blah blah blah. Hope my experience helps them mend their ways.

Part of bezel in question was fairly presented in at least two pictures on the listing, no hiding. Buyer was presented with choices, including full refund with prepaid return label. Buyer made unreasonable demands. At the end we came to the mutual agreement of partial refund and buyer kept the watch.

The dealer did not have the watch I ordered and paid for. They had to order it from elsewhere and it took unreasonably long. Therefore the order was cancelled on the basis the seller was not able to compete the transaction.

Prior to purchase, buyer was notified that it would be special order and requires extended handling time. Unfortunately after a while, buyer has decided to cancel it and full refund was processed immediately.

Buyer contacted me five days after the money transfer. They indicted the the watch listed along with the correct photos were both listed in error. I was then offered a different model rather than the listed watch. This may have been a mistake, but I still have to wait for the money transferred back to me and I had passed up other deals. This maybe an amazing seller, but I don’t think I will spend the time to try again in the future.

I was told that the watch band would not fit. We agreed that they would keep the original strap and replace it with a quality aftermarket strap. After shipping, I was told that the band would probably fit and they shipped it ,as was. The original band was adjustable and it barely fits. I was given a discount and they were to keep the original band. I will use that discount to replace the original strap, which is tight and obviously used. This was not our agreement. The watch is beautiful but I have no trust in this dealer. They didn’t fulfill their promises and I certainly hope that there are no future problems. Would not deal with them again.
