The watch was advertised as "complete package", "Never worn" and in "Mint condition", but the amount of scratches & dents on the watch, the rusts on the crooked spring bars, along with the well worn rubber strap told me a completely different story. The official Panerai watch protector was missing, and the writings on the official warranty card had been wiped off, so I can't tell where this watch was first purchased. The stickers on the buckle and watch back were re-glued back on, it was extremely difficult removing glues and from the watch back and buckle. Very disappointed with the condition of the watch. Wish the advertising was honest and non-misleading, so buyers could make informed decision. I have taken the watch to the local Panerai Boutique for proper service and re-polishing. Hopefully there will be no additional issue with this watch.
