Dealer didn't communicate about shipping details. Seems he should disclose it's being shipped by ground, regardless of who's paying for it. Didn't say it had been shipped. Further, description of item didn't match pictures so it took 2 messages to clarify. In the end I am VERY happy with the watch.

The watch was well packaged and shipping was quick. The only issue I think is that the invoice and certificate show the model number as "SRPH97K1". It's my understanding that the "K" means that it was made in Korea but the box shows "SRPH97J8" indicating that it was made in Japan. It also reads "Made in Japan" on the face.

Leider entsprechend die Uhr nicht den angepreisten Spezifikationen. Chrono24 (vielen lieben Dank an der Stelle) übernahm dann kulanterweise die Rücksendekosten, da der Händler sich stumm stellte.

Hi. I just took the tag off yesterday to wear my watch on my birthday. Ever time I take it off, it stops ticking. I took it off for 4 hours while working outside. It stopped. I reset the time and the date. Last night before bed, I took it off again, I had to reset the time and date again today? This is not how a $4000.00 Rolex is supposed to work? What can we do about it that is not going to cost me a penny more, but fix this that I just purchased from you? Tis is so very upsetting and disappointing! Great birthday gift! Please reply ASAP!

The chip in the watch case was not disclosed in the description nor any photos showing the damage. The over polishing to minimize the damage takes away the original satin stainless steel look.

Product manufacturers were not identified!? Watch looks reasonable. It has not been tested! Hopefully it makes good time, and water resistance.

El embalaje perfecto pero el vendedor eligió la mensajería DHL, que retuvo el paquete en Madrid 7 días porque se lió con los trámites de aduana. Tuve que llamar varias veces para reclamar el paquete puesto que en su página web incluso aparecía como que el paquete no había llegado. Además me cobraron 90 por gastos de aduanas porque DHL es la más cara y además el vendedor puso un importe superior al de la venta lo que me supuso un sobreprecio importante. No volveré a comprar a este vendedor.
