The watch I received was not working. The dealer claims it was working before shipping, and did not offer me any options for service. Instead, he suggested I send it back to him, which I didn’t want to do for such a rare piece.

We don't agree for any kind of partial refunds to exclude the possibility of deception. Return was requested for a FULL refund.

Do not recommend this seller. Was not happy with watch when arrived. Dealer refused a return despite no mention of not accepting returns in the ad. Watch runs 5-7 minutes fast per day - also not mentioned. When questioned became aloof, telling me I would be blacklisted and knew what kind of customer I was. All could have been solved by accepting simple return from unhappy customer. Poor service!
