According to Chrono24 Guidelines, Unworn Watches are Watches without visible signs of wear. You sent us a photo of the watch with the bracelet separated from the case where you tried to remove the link yourself. The factory uses a very soft glue so that screws do not get loose on their own. Typically, on unworn or brand new watches where screws have not been removed by someone else previously, the screws cannot be removed without being heated first. It is necessary to use a professional screwdriver, otherwise there is a high possibility of damaging it. We offered you several solutions to resolve the issue. We previously offered to send you a new screw, to ship the bracelet back so we could fix it, or to return the watch for a full refund including return shipping. Instead, You are not satisfied with our offers but you kept the unworn watch Every watch we sell is covered from our warranty. We do not offer partial refunds to fix the watch elsewhere. It is common that buyers try to find a reason to receive a discount and to get some money back. It is odd that you were not able to remove one link, when were are 3 removable links on each side of the bracelet. We helped you save about $4,000 in duty and taxes with our declaration and you are still looking for a way to get more discounts.

I contracted with him to deliver the watch to my cousin's house but instead he had it delivered to the currier office, which meant that my cousin had to go there to collect it, which was a great inconvenience.

未使用との説明であったが、ブレスレットのネジ穴が潰れており調整不可能な状態であった。この部分について、何件か時計修理屋に行ったが、パテックフィリップジャパンで直した方がいいとのことであった。パテックフィリップジャパンでは約20万円の費用と2ヶ月の修理期間が必要とのことであった。
