Shipping package was good, so I received the watch in good condition. However, one of the Paper showed in the photo was missed. I asked for help from the dealer side. I got no response any more.

When I am sent a watch that is clearly faulty I do not expect the dealer to ask me to return for repair. I do not buy watches that require repairs. Returning a watch is time consuming enough.

Dealer did not disclose that the Lume dot from the bezel was missing, could not determine that from the photos. Also the watch does not keep time… I sent the watch to Breitling to be serviced and repaired….. Lousy purchase…. Dealer needs to be up front to buyers. Easy to hide flaws with photos….

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the watch was unavailable and the order had to be canceled after payment was made. It’s unfortunate that this was the case, and I hope the watch will still be available for purchase in the near future when I attempt to purchase it again.

There are some very minor blemishes where the bezel meets the case around the 6 o’clock area that I do not believe qualifies this as “mint condition,” however I am pleased with the overall quality. Fast shipping, I would recommend.

値引交渉に応じて頂き有難う御座いました。 商品ですが、ケースの状態が非常に悪かったことは想定外だった。新品には程遠い。 ・ケースが酸化して真っ黒だった ・時計裏面には2センチ程の線キズ、しかも深い。 ・ラグ幅が12時と6時で違う。何故？ 他のベルトに交換使用としようとしたら 幅が違うため入らない 私はオーバーホールをする前提で 購入しましたが、 これが日本のオークションで「新品」で 販売されていたなら詐欺である。 金額面で折り合いをつけた私の責任ではあるが 誠に残念な商品であった。 ギャランティーカードもありますが日付のみで 店名の記入もなく本当にこの商品のカードなのか 疑問。 クロノ24さんも、新品のカテゴリーは もう少ししっかりとした基準を定めた方が良いのでは？

The description stated “mint condition” but the watch had a few flaws and was clearly not in mint condition. However, they were honest about the mistake and refunded right away. I would recommend and purchase again

Disappointing seller. Sold me a watch with defects but listed as mint condition. Would not acknowledge or apologize for the damage to the watch but did accept refund. Waste of my time and money. Seller of this experience should focus on describing watch condition more accurately. Sad to see he has relisted the watch for sale with same defects.
