Thank you for your review. We were glad to assist you over the phone at our nearest convenience on our day off. We also communicated that this timepiece on the rubber strap was reserved and not available, though we had another exact same reference with a leather AND rubber strap that we would have been glad to assist you on. Unfortunately we were unable to complete the order for this rubber strap as we had mentioned before the offer was accepted that it was no longer available.

Description was not accurate. Watch was supposed to include “original box & papers”. This was not the case. I received a box for a totally different model older model Omega watch. I contacted Burdeens several times and was told they are trying to find one. It’s been nearly a month and there has been no replacement box forthcoming. Had I known upfront the watch was not actually complete I would have sourced it elsewhere. This has put a real damper on what was, as a previous client of Burdeens, I expected to be an enjoyable experience. What a shame.

Thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately Omega is currently undergoing a shortage of boxes. We are an Omega authorized dealer, and we're the AD that sold this timepiece originally. When this timepiece was originally sold, the box that you received was the box that accompanied the original sale as it was the box provided by Omega. I apologize for the inconvenience as the box delivered was the only box provided to us.

Schöne Uhr ! Verpackung ordentlich. Abwicklung infolge fehlerhafter Importdeklaration des Armbands zeitraubend und nervend. Keine spürbare Initiative zur Problemlösung seitens des Händlers. Erfolgreicher Abschluss der Transaktion nur durch erhebliche Eigeninitiative.

We appreciate your purchase. We apologize for the issue with the strap material, we did not foresee an issue with German customs and strap materials. That said, we worked as quickly as we possibly could with our shipping partner on getting things adjusted and could only move as fast as our shipping partner is able to. Additionally, we received several different answers from German customs as to the reason things were being held up. Once again we apologize for the delay but we were doing everything we could under our control to get things corrected.

The watch was put on sale with two straps, it turned out the the origional leather strap, was worn out, something you couldn’t see on pictures, and which wasen’t mentioned. A new strap will cost me $ 250,-
