Dealer was slow to communicate. I placed an offer and the return offer was higher than the original price listed…. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Eventually got it back down to around the starting price and just pulled the trigger bc I was over looking. (This is a gift for my wife) Packaging was fine minus the actual box the watch was sent it which was plastic and falling apart. I’ve bought and sold many watches at this point and will say this was not the best experience I’ve had, ergo below average.

Great customer service, prompt and got the watch out quickly. Packing was subpar though, watch box wrapped in a UPS packing envelope and then in squeezed into the rectangular UPS box. Excellent return service that was prompt.

I ordered a watch from them at 2:30 PM Wednesday afternoon and they got it to me from New York to San Diego by 10 AM the next day. The color of the watch was not quite what I hoped for but there is no issue with returning it and they were easy to deal with
