Beste heer, Wij zijn heel erg verbaasd over uw review. Het product dat werd aangeleverd is exact deze die u heeft besteld, met de afmetingen vermeld op de advertentie. Helaas is de complexiteit van extra banden bij verschillende Breitling modellen iets waar wij, als online horlogehandelaar, geen extra informatie over hebben. Wij zijn ook immers geen officiële merkverdelers. Vandaar dat wij ook niet konden bevestigen of de band op uw specifieke horloge past, wij konden enkel de correcte maten van de band bevestigen. Der DHL Bote legte das Paket morgens einfach vor meiner Haustüre ab, das fand ich gar nicht gut, war erst gegen 18 Uhr zuhause und so lange lag diese nicht billige Uhr vor der Haustüre.

Not the right serial number i ordered, but i like the watch. The warranty was not activated, it took 5 days.

Thank you for your watch purchase. We are very disappointed with your very low rating, we totally disagree with it and with any of the points you mention. We do not understand your remark about Serial Number? This is a unique number, different for every watch. No online dealer ever communicates about this before purchase and shipping. Or do you mean "reference number"? This is impossible: we send you the exact reference that you ordered, CAR2110.BA0724 Even if it would be the case, you never told us anything about this? And if it was really the case we could have easily solved it by exchanging, because why would we intentionally ship a wrong ref? Also we find it very strange someone gets a wrong watch and then simply says he likes it anyway, we never experienced this before. Maybe you refer to a number you see on the Tag warranty card, which makes you conclude you received another ref? FYI: Tag Heuer does not mention the ref number on their cards anymore since years! The number on there has nothing to do with the ref number, it is a digital activation code. Next on your comment about the warranty activation: ALL other customers would be very happy with an extra 5 days on warranty! Firstly, it is not us but the Tag dealer, our supplier, that activates the warranty. We explained you in detail that their warranty activation system with Tag was not up to date and it would take a couple of days. This is entirely not our responsibility but the one of the official Tag Heuer distribution network: it is totally unfair we as online dealers get a negative rating for that. Secondly it shows how entirely new your watch is! Bought at a crazy low price!! You even rcvd 5 extra days of warranty! It is absurd there is a complaint about this. Thank you.

Malheureusement il y a un pb avec la montre reçue. Je suis obligé de l’envoyer en réparation chez mont-blanc en espérant que les réparations soient prises en charge par la garantie. Dommage qu’une montre vendue plus de 6000€ ne soit pas mieux contrôlée car le défaut d’alignement des aiguilles est flagrant.

Nous ne sommes pas du tout d’accord avec votre jugement, pour plusieurs raisons: Nous vous vendons une montre totalement neuve, avec la totalité de 24 mois de garantie mondiale de Montblanc même encore valable!, à -50% de remise du prix au magasin! C’est un prix qui est totalement impossible de trouver ailleurs! Si après le transport il apparaît un problème avec la montre causé par le transport, vous pouvez simplement la retourner à nous pour réparation ou, (la solution plus rapide), vous pouvez y aller chez un revendeur local de Montblanc pour la faire contrôler et réparer sous garantie de Montblanc, sans aucun frais! Ce que nous vous avons déjà proposé comme solution dans toutes nos communications rapides et réponses extensives à tous vos messages. En suite, ce n’est pas du tout correct de se plaindre ici de l’alignement avant d’en parler avec nous pour trouver une solution: ce que vous n’avez pas fait! C’est la première fois que nous entendons que il y a ce « problème »?! Deuxièmement, nous avons toujours répondu tout de suite à chaque de vos questions par courriel! Donc notre communication a été très fort et rapide. Par conséquence votre jugement de 1 étoile est pour nous totalement incorrect et inacceptable. Concluant: Nous considérons votre jugement comme ne pas valable et comme du spam, car il n’est totalement pas basé sur la réalité des choses. Merci

If you would have asked, we could have explained why the insured shipping cost to Slovenia is different from what Chrono24 advises as the cost. After the offer, you could still have decided to opt out. But you made the choice to purchase anyway. So it looks funny that you complain about that "after" you have accepted it and paid for it. But now we will explain the difference anyway: Please note this cost is not simply for shipping: it is for fully door to door insured value shipping with online tracking code, 100% insured against any damage or loss or theft during the transport. We do not choose that offer, it is the standard cost that is being charged to us for value shipping by our insured value shipper: www.malca-amit.com Chrono24 only indicates a standard shipping fee suggestion. This is valid only for major EU countries like France, Netherlands, Germany, UK,… For former Eastern European countries like Poland, Bulgaria, Romania,…there is historically a much higher risk of damage/loss/theft during transport.
