Abgebildet war die uhr mit gummiband "ND limits" ,geliefert aber mit schlichten silikon _ rbberband,unklarer genese.Händler weigerte sich ein Band nachzuliefern oder adäquat nachzudenken bestellen.Garantiecard war weder gestempelt noch mit verkaufsdaten und Angaben des käufers ausgfüllt.Trotz RÜCKSENDUNG mit der BITTE umsAusfuellung und Vervollstaendigung keine antwort,icy have saemtliche garatiedokumente und garan tie hefte an den verkaefer geschickt mdb.um stemekung und eitrag meines namens als Kauefer. Keine seioese reaktion ,ausser nichtssagendem geschwafel ,"dance fuer deinen lieben brief"

Estava a correr tudo dentro da normalidade, quando uns dias depois de ter feito o pagamento da encomenda, recebo uma mensagem a informar que a encomenda estava cancelada. Sem stock

Il commerciante non riportava le immagini esatte dell’orologio (il cinturino era differente). Nonostante avessi chiesto conferma che l’orologio fosse come in foto prima di ordinarlo è arrivato con il cinturino differente. Dopo aver chiesto di poter trovare una soluzione al venditore, lui ha autonomamente avviato il reso senza mia autorizzazione. Insomma, non è successo nulla di grave ma mi ha fatto perdere tempo. Comunicazione pertanto carente.

I purchased a Cartier Vendome from this dealer for my wife's birthday. The description said that the watch was in 'very good' condition, meaning that the movement should have been serviced to an adequate extent. I look the watch in to Cartier to get it checked. They said that the movement was so degraded that any battery put in it would only last for 3 days, because of the amount of extra power required to make the watch tick. I have had to pay for a full service costing £330. I submitted a complaint via Chrono24, who have asked the dealer to respond. I have heard nothing back. I would not trust that the condition reports provided by this seller are accurate.

Unluckily there was same mistake i ask about the availability of the watch before to proceed and purchase it , but instead of recove the confirmation that it was sended I receive a message that inform me about a mistake because the watch was sale one weak before and my order was cancelled .. finally.. I miss my watch .. and start again to search same think that matching whit my necessity but after that they answer always and very soon so .. I find the communication sufficient but the experience of my first purchase leave me totally disappointed

Jai commandé la montre le 18novembre et seulement il là expédié le 30 novembre . C'est pas tres ( sérieux ) . Donc alors Jai reçu ma montre le 1 décembre !!! . Ma première commande chez le même vendeur était ( tip top ) Deuxième commande chez le même vendeur était ( nul ) . Cordialement Daniel

Compré un citizen BN 2031 Diver's ecodrive. El vendedor una vez enviado el reloj me comunica que viene con la batería totalmente vacía, nada bueno para un reloj solar pero bueno si empieza a cargar y a funcionar correctamente nada que decir. El problema surgió cuando después de intercambiar varios mensajes y comunicarle que había apreciado un pequeño defecto en la luminiscencia de las manecillas horarias y que quería cambiarlo por otro o devolverlo y comprarle otro del mismo modelo. Me respondió que si se había usado tenía que hacer uso de la garantía. Le aclaro que el reloj estaba sin usar y que reunía las condiciones para una devolución. Ya no supe más del vendedor. Mi experiencia es que si surge un problema el vendedor no va a solucionar nada. Hay que tener esto en cuenta antes de comprar. El embalaje es muy mejorable.

El producto es correcto. Hemos tenido problemas por que mi empresa dispone de IVA intracomunitario y su base de datos no estaba actualizada y no le constaba (le envié la documentación española y el enlace para comprobarlo, viene en el documento, en La Hacienda española). Esto también puede haber sido por falta de actualización entre el Gobierno de España y el Alemán. De todas formas podía haber facturado como se le pidió en un principio con la documentación original y oficial que le enviamos.

Die Uhrenschachtel war an zwei Seiten eingedellt, sodass davon auszugehen ist, dass sie von einer gewissen Höhe herabgefallen sein muss. Wir sind eher Laien und haben si die Uhr nach einem kurzen Funktionstest behalten und hoffen, dass sie auch noch funktioniert, wenn der zu Beschenkende die Uhr erhält.

El reloj y los documentos se movían dentro de la caja del reloj, que es bastante grande y tiene forma de botella de oxigeno para buceo. Ésta no estaba protegida con plástico burbuja, carton recio u otro material que amortigüe los posibles golpes del trasporte, solamente una fina caja de cartulina del fabricante directamente en la bolsa de plástico del correo. El vendedor no respondió a la pregunta que le formulé a través de la página Chrono24, tampoco cuando reiteré mi consulta por segunda vez, solo contestó cuando me reclamó el pago y respondí que no pagaría hasta que contestara a mi pregunta. Finalmente respondió, pagué inmediatamente y el producto llegó en el plazo anunciado.

Watch was marked as AVAILABLE, after I bought and paid the item, no reach out from the dealer for three days, so I asked them when are they planning to ship the watch. They replied "Hello, I think we send the watch today. You get a message if we have send it.". That is it, so next day again I asked what's up?! They wrote "Hello, we have order this watch from citizen. I think we get it today.". WTF?! How is this possible, I asked then why not marked as READY TO BE SHIPPED IN A FEW DAYS??? Answer? "We had the watch in stock, unfortunately the watch as bought twice. When we receive it, we send it with ups, then you have the watch within 3 days. I'm really sorry." So with such good reviews, sells the item twice, admits that somebody got it and I have to wait and when I asked for some compensation they did not understand what I mean, acted like fool :( In conclusion, surely they are professionals and the watches are OK, but their customer service is not even a customer service.
