Sorry about the shipping imperfection but the item has left our premises in perfect condition and we have visuals showing that. If TNT/FedEx somehow caused a damage in transit there is a way to address the problem through their customer service. It's hardly our fault - we chose the most secure and expensive shipping service for your item. Communication was held in English, quite promptly, we did not encounter communicational issues. The customer placed an order first, cancelled later with the reason to change his initial choice, and, subsequently did not make any purchase at all... We cannot imagine any problems customer might've had with our service.

Il a tenté de me forcer à confirmer mon ordre en disant que je pouvais plus annuler. Bien évidemment une tentative malhonnête car le droit de rétractation est bien mentionné dans les termes and conditions

Obviously a misunderstanding. Buyer has mistakenly placed at least two orders with different sellers for the same item and we simply asked him to cancel the other orders as the escrow payment was already assigned to us. No one has ignored his rights whatsoever.
