I’m satisfied with the quality of the watch. However, the shipping should be improved significantly. Based on my planned travel schedule, I had informed them several times that I had to receive it by Monday of that week. What I found was that the the dealer charged me the shipping cost as “UPS Express”( the delivery time: within 3days) on the invoice, but it came as “UPS Express Saver” (the delivery time: within 5days) was cheaper and slower option of the delivery. Due to this reason, I had to call UPS multiple times to make it happened before the new trip schedule, and I also had to rearrange my trip schedule by paying penalty of last minute change. I do not understand why they were trying to save small amount of money by charging me UPS express shipping but sending it by UPS express saver I paid this value of the watch. I hope you have a better way to deal with the shipping method in the future. Thanks.

Originally, this seller was completely fair in this transaction, lowering the price by €1000 from €20000 to €19000. The person I spoke with responded quickly to messages, and we stayed in touch. The watch arrived and looked beautiful, but I'm just a buyer and don't know much about watches. I noticed that two screws on the watch frame were different from the other 6. I took the watch to the official Audemars Piguet service in Vienna, where they told me the watch needed a full service because its amplitude was 228 degrees, and it should be between 300 and 350, as they showed me on a measuring device. Additionally, two screws in the watch frame were not intended for that watch. I was told they were either not original or intended for a different AP watch model. I sent them a message about everything I was told and sent pictures as evidence. The service cost me €2700, so I suggested sharing the costs, to which they replied that official services always try to discredit resellers from the gray market and that they would cover the costs for the screws if they were not original, and asked me to send the screws back. I didn't write to them anymore because I wasn't too interested. I sent the watch for service in Geneva and paid an additional €2700, even though the watch was rated with the highest grade on their website. I wasn't interested in returning the watch because it was a gift, and I really like the model. All in all, the watch was genuine, which was my main concern. I recommend this seller, but my advice is to have the watch independently verified after it arrives.

Ho chiesto delle fotografie ulteriori in quanto il cinturino sembrava usurato ma non ho avuto risposta. La mia perplessità era sullo stato “mai indossato”, il cinturino sembrava più che utilizzato, ma chi può dirlo senza foto dettagliate?

Der Händler hat die Uhr als "ungetragene" Uhr inseriert. Tatsächlich hatte sie aber mehrere Mängel, vor allem am Werk. Die Uhr musste zur Generalüberholung eingeschickt werden, der Rotor gereinigt, die Krone ausgetauscht und die Ganggenauigkeit wiederhergestellt werden. Die Mängel wurden meinerseits direkt beim Auspacken festgestellt. Da ich weder Uhrmacher bin noch anderweitig mit Uhren arbeite, hätte der Händler die Mängel jedenfalls erkennen müssen und die Uhr niemals als "ungetragene" Uhr verkaufen dürfen. Daher ersuche ich um besondere Vorsicht bei Käufen dieses Händlers. Vorwiegend durch die gute Unterstützung von Chrono24 und die letztlich doch kooperative Vorgehensweise des Händlers, konnte eine Einigung gefunden werden. Zwischenzeitlich war allerdings auch die Kommunikation emotional, inkorrekt und unangenehm.

Leider war die Uhr nicht in dem Zustand, wie auf den Bildern. Uhr kam total verschmutzt an und hatte noch Haut, Haare und Schweißreste vom Vorbesitzer. Ebenfalls wurde auch nicht erwähnt, dass das Ziffernblatt Uhrwerk nicht zum Auslieferungszustand gehört.

UPS hat mir das Paket in mein FitnessStudio geliefert, und OHNE Unterschrift/Ausweis etc an meinen Mitarbeiter übergeben… Unfassbar unseriös. Das Paket lag dann den halben Tag an der Anmeldung… Unglaublich.

Leider war nachdem ich die Omega Seamster 007 Titanium Uhr gekauft und bereits bezahlt habe, dem Händler aufgefallen, daß die Uhr schon seit längerem verkauft war. Anscheinend schon öfters hier vorgekommen. Aber man hat mich angerufen, sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Sehr freundlich und mein Geld ist auch umgehend zurück überwiesen worden. Leider war in der Zwischenzeit das andere Angebot was ich mir angeschaut habe dann auch weg.

Erst mal was positives . Die Bearbeitung der der Bestellung war sehr schnell, super Danke Die Uhr ist auch perfekt was ich aber bei einer neuen Uhr in der Preisklasse vermisse, ist die Umverpackung der Box,die Bedienungsanleitung und den Siegelanhänger. Warum war die Sachen nicht dabei ? Da die Lieferung ,nach meiner Meinung, nicht vollständig war keine 5 Sterne
