Unfortunately, the watch arrived with the band physically broken and unusable. I had to ask for a refund. But once informed, Luxury Horology took appropriate action to start a refund.

La descripcion inicial del articulo era un reloj sin uso y en perfectas condiciones al final aunque tuvieron la atencion de avisarme justo antes de embarcar el reloj sobre que si habia sido usado y al recibirlo este lamentablemente presentaba rayaduras y fue incluso pulido y no estaba en perfectas condiciones por lo que no lleno mis expectativas acorde con lo publicitado

Hello Before shipping the watch I notified the customer of the mistake in the description. I told the buyer that I made a mistake and the watch is used with signs of wear. I provided the option to either cancel or proceed with shipping and the buyer said that he still wants me to ship.

Initial communication worked perfectly and I quickly trusted this dealership. There were some faults in the description, and when I asked questions it was quickly corrected. The watch arrived sooner than expected, was mint condition and met my expectations visually. However, when I went to my local omega dealership to adjust the chain, they encountered some problems. It had been used unoriginal parts in the chain, and they were jammed and rusty. When I presented the problem to the seller, he rejected it and blamed the watchmaker for not being able to adjust the chain. Ended up with having to drill out the parts, with a considerable extra cost.

Dealer's comment:

The buyer claims that the pin inside the bracelet is not original. The pin is just a piece is metal that holds the link, it can be easily replaced and it does not have to be made by omega. Parts like batteries, pins, spring bars can be replaced and it does not make the watch not authentic. It's like installing aftermarket rotors and brakes on Mercedes Bens, it does make your Mercedes Benz not authentic. The watch must have an original body( bracelet, buckle, head, crown, and a movement) to be an original and autentic watch. The buyer never stated that it is not possible to remove the links, otherwise, I would offer to remove the links if he would send it back to me. All the watches that I sell come with a warranty. If something is wrong I will take care of the problem.

There was a pricing mistake or a glitch. $6000 was sold for $3000 by mistake. I did apologize to the buyer but the response was very rude and demanding. It rarely happens to my account. I am sorry but I can not lose $2000 because of the pricing mistake.

When I asked for pics of the watch, the seller kept refusing and saying he can only send pics after I buy. And then I buy the watch and he says if I want pics then shipping will be delayed(???). When I got the watch it was way too small (I should’ve read it properly but I was too excited). The whole debacle could’ve been avoided if the seller had just sent the pics of the watch the first time around. Weird ordeal.

Very difficult customers. At first there was a heavy bargaining. Then customer wanted overnight shipping which I provided to him. Then customer wanted extra pictures and free watch box which i did not have in stock. I kindly explained the customer that Monday is a very busy day for me because I have to do a lot of shipping because of the accumulated sales over the weekend. I provided two options for the customer 1. I can just ship the watch on Monday without extra pictures and the box 2) I can take pictures on Tuesday and get a box and than ship it on Tuesday or Wednesday. The buyer selected option number 1. The customer was very pushy and demanding. I do not recommend anyone dealing with customer.

Make sure to ask questions before pulling the trigger. I failed to do that and what I thought I was buying didn't arrive. Missing links and no original extra straps is not correct To be listed as "new" and "unworn" is very misleading.

Hello All of this including the wrist size was included in the written description. The extra strap was never shown in the pictures and I never stated that it comes with it. It was not advertised as New, it was simply in unworn condition, it does not mean new. When the watch is new I advertise it as New. I do encourage all buyers to read the full description, review all pictures, and ask questions if something is unclear.

Buyer found 1 small scratch on the crown, and demanded $300 refund for a new crown. The crown was fully functional and watch was in perfect condition except the small scratch on the crown. I offered him to send it back for a full refund or to issue a $50 refund.. The buyer accepted $50 refund which I issued back to him payment method right away.

After receiving the watch, I quickly realized that the hours and minutes hands were not in sync. This was apparent on the website pictures but I did not pay attention to it at the time. This should have been caught when the watch was inspected by the vendor. I sent the watch back. The purchase price was refunded. Had to communicate through Chrono 24. Vendor communication was very poor.
