La foto mostrava un altro bracciale, non mi sembra giusto mostrare foto non corrispondenti all'orologio consegnato. Lo ritengo molto scorretto. Al mio reclamo mi hanno detto che quello consegnato valeva di più, se volevo lo cambiavano. Bastava aver messo la foto giusta e tutto sarebbe andato bene. Gli ho chiesto se potevo avere una maglia del bracciale in quanto corto e l'anno di produzione del orologio, ma non mi hanno dato risposta....

So verlief eigentlich alles gut, der Versand ging super schnell nach Deutschland auch die Kommunikation durch die Zeitverschiebung klappte gut. Doch leider stimmte die Angabe des Herstellungsdatum nicht. Die Uhr wurde als Fabrikneu inseriert, leider fand ich aber über den Hersteller heraus, das die Uhr schon 6 Jahre alt war. Daraufhin konntem man sich mit dem Verkäufer nicht mehr einigen, was ich sehr traurig finde. Zum Glück aber gibt es den Kundenservice von Chrono24, vielen Dank an euch und eure Hilfe. Macht bitte weiter so

新品と記載されていたが、届いた時計は動かず故障していた。 返送すれば修理するとのことだったが、無駄な手間をかけたくないので、こちらで修理業者に依頼して直すことにした。 高い買い物だった。

Pictures shown were not of the actual item. Item description of the condition was false. Item arrived with a scratch not in the description or show in the picture. Seller was OK in working with to remedy the situation.
