Très déçue par la couronne diamant. qui est abimée et a étéé retouchée au niveau du triangle de brillant. De plus j'ai du racheter 2 bracelets car ceux vendus était vraiment pour un poignet minuscule. J'ai donc une appréciation mitigée.

Watch sold as new. However two different approved Breitling Dealers confirmed that the watch had several signs of moderate wear. When I approached the dealer they offered to a free polish however that would mean me shipping the watch across Europe for days, possibly weeks and it wouldn't resolve the issue that I had been deceived in to paying more for what was an incorrectly listed watch.
Dealer's comment:
You buy a new unused watch with official / international guarantee with approximately 50% discount. The watch was new and never worn, the watch might have small marks (we did not discuss it) since it was a watch that was displayed in a store but was never worn or worn. Anyway, when you told us that the watch had small marks we offered to repair the watch and polish it at the official Breitling dealer, we also offered, that if you did not want to do this, we would return the amount of the watch. Maybe 15 days passed, you did not tell us anything else and the following news we had from you was this comment. We want to clarify that we gave you two options, repair and polish the clock without any cost for you, or make the return of it with the refund of your money and it was you who did not tell us anything at all.

The proper paperwork was not filled out for US customs which delayed the shipment for a week. I also had to fill out the needed paperwork for US customs here which could have cost me a lot in VA tax... Lots of extra paperwork for me, the customer. I have punched from Europe in the past and with the paperwork done, I recieved the promptly with no hassle.

La montre achetée était donnée comme NEUVE JAMAIS PORTEE L'emballage n'était pas à la hauteur de la valeur qu'il contenait. La sur-boite de l'emballage Rolex était légèrement abîmée sur un de ses coins ainsi que la boite intérieure (très légèrement). J'estime que vu la valeur le la montre emballée l'emballage doit être IRRÉPROCHABLE en matière de protection. Un accessoire normalement prévu par le constructeur manquait dans la boite.(protection de la lunette céramique). A noter également que la boite normalement prévue par Rolex à l'extérieur manquait. PS : Après communication avec le vendeur il m'a promis de m'envoyer une nouvelle boite et protection de la lunette céramique dès qu'il en aurait de disponible.

Hello The item was shipped in perfect condition. After 5 years it is the first time that an item arrives with some damage in the box, since our packages are very protected. The watch was described as new and was new with brand new stickers. The protector of the bezel was not in the description of the article or in the photographs of the advertisement. In any case we will send you one as well as a new box.

Watch sold as mint. But did not keep time well. kept stopping. had to return. The delivery to me was quick and the outside of the watch looked good.

The clock was returned we have had it in observation several days and the clock works perfect +2 seconds a day.
