Bonjour Comme je vous ai indiqué par téléphone je m’excuse pour cette mauvaise expérience. Oui effectivement la montre a été sensé d’être neuve et jamais portée - mais elle avais une rayures sur l’arrière . Oui nous sommes aussi humain - et les erreurs peuvent arriver . En tous cas nous avons proposé et donné le choix de reprendre la montre immédiatement et vous faire rembourser ou enlever les rayures rapidement. A la fin vous avez prix la décision de la rendre . Ce qui est compréhensible :) Désolé En tous cas bonne continuation et bonne fin d’année !

Sie haben ein Angebot abgegeben un ich habe Ihnen sofort dazu geantwortet . Ich habe Ihnen auf Ihre Frage klar und deutlich geantwortet dass die Uhr keine Kratzer hat . Weitere Bilder haben Sie nicht angefragt . Plötzlich haben Sie mir gesagt dass jemand von Chrono24 sich bei mir meldet . Es hat sich niemand gemeldet . Die Zahlung ist auch nicht erfolgt . Hätte mir auch einen eindeutigeren und konkreterem Ablauf gewünscht . Wir können es ja gerne noch mal von vorne probieren Gruss

Sie haben gefragt ob wir zusätzliche Glider haben - ich habe Ihnen geantwortet dass die Uhr so verkauft wird wie auf den Bildern vorher abgebildet . Die Uhr war gut 500€ billiger als bei der Konkurrenz. warum nicht einfach vom Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen und etwas das nicht passt oder Ihrer Meinung nach nicht entspricht nicht wie jeder normale Mensch zurückschicken ? Geht es Ihnen jetzt nach der negativen Bewegung besser ? Ist dadurch das Armband jetzt länger geworden ?!

Dear buyer , exactly for that reason you can send back the watch if you dont like it or something doesn’t correspond . I have told you that I am not a vintage professional . And as for me the dial and hands were original . As you don’t share the same opinion on that mater - you simply sent it back and have been refunded . The story ends here normally . Read please the other reviews before saying who should be allowed and who not to sell on online platforms ... Sorry for the caused inconvenience in any case - but no need to exaggerate and make the story bigger than it is .

unfortunately it's not yet possible to rate clients ... watch was sold as polished watch . client reported watch is not waterproof ( just by words ) asked if i pay 150 € to make it 100% waterproof as apparantly it was not ! so i agreed to pay 150 € . after the cost increased to 230 somehow and without further notice and watchmaker described after he done the work a serious problems with my watch because of bad polish - BUT DID THE WORK ANYWAY and charged 230 € to client and probably suggested to return it . So i was informed that watch will be returned . And client asking me to pay for the waterproof service that he did on a watch that he is returning...and guess what . i paid him 50% of it as he requested . although the only thing i really owed him was to accept the return and refund full payment . and just after he received from me the 115€ he left a bad review.... now judge on your own :) clients quote : "But when I asked you to cover the costs, I was not planning to return the watch. That's the whole point. Of course I wouldn't have had the watch fixed if I knew I was going to return it. Can't we just split the cost 50/50 and get on with it? " client was refunded for the watch , was not charged for return shipment , was refunded 50% of his cost ( that had nothing to to with us ) .... and after all leaved a bad review . moral of the story : don't buy a polished watch when you don't like polished watches ... especially when the seller is telling you that it was polished . second moral : don't make any commitments and suggest any arrangements like asking me to pay something that is not my fault - and still remain unhappy and leave bad review . third moral : you would have the FULL right to leave a negative, subjective review IF YOU WOULD NOT ASK ME TO SETTLE THE FULL AND THAN HALF OF THE 230 € BILL ....

Cher Monsieur, Nous avons admis notre erreur et nous sommes excusé. Nous vous avons proposer de récupérer la montre de suite à nos frais avec encore une fois toutes nos plates excuses. Vous aviez vu notre erreur, car ce modele n'existe pas en automatique et encore moins avec cette reference. Notre tarif était deja de loin le moins cher du marché, que pouvions nous faire de plus? Vous seul avez décidé de garder la montre! Je pense sincèrement que vous avez fait tout cela en connaissance de cause pour réclamer un geste supplémentaire. Si nous pouvions juger les clients, Monsieur, je suis certain que vous n'auriez pas beaucoup d'étoile! Une excellente journée, Cordialement, Stephane D.

Farbe ist klar zu erkennen gewesen ! Kunde hat ernsthaft gefragt ob es die Uhr auch mit grünem oder blauem Zifferblat gibt ( dann würde er sie nämlich behalten ) Rückversand hat auch ewig gedauert . Aber Hauptsache eine schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen . Unglaublich ( schade dass man den Kunden hier nicht werten kann )
