Dopo aver chiuso il prezzo dell'orologio mi ha inviato altre foto dove si evidenziavano tanti graffi, mi ha detto che me lo avrebbe lucidato ma mi ha chiesto un sovraprezzo di 300 euro e ovviamente ho rifiutato e l'acquisto è sfumato.

It was mentioned in the first message and also in the description that the watch has signs of wear and scratches on the gold, we attached pictures of it as soon as we opened the store so you can see its condition better. We offered you a deal for the watch in the original condition, indeed, however if you wanted polish of course there was an additional cost, we explained this as well. Everything was comunnicated clearly and we offered you both options.

The watch was described to me as "flawless," "perfect or near perfect condition." After having it received, I gave it to Hublot for revision. Costs: over 3000 Euro! The dial broken (!), the buckle bent, the glass damaged by improper polishing, month display defect and most external screws damaged. It was also found that the watch had been damaged by a fall/ hit and had been opened improperly. This completely contradicts the description. The contact was nice, but the item is a great disappointment. For the total amount I could have bought a new one!

Bild ,Beschreibung und Zustand entsprachen nicht der Gelieferten Uhr. Diesen Verkäufer kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Für die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung musste ich eine lange Wartezeit hinnehmen, bzw für das o.k der Rückzahlung an Chrono.
