Die Uhr war gebraucht und beim Versand konnten keine Mängel festgestellt werden. Der Laden war wegen Feiertagen geschlossen und dies ist der Grund für die Verzögerung bei der Abholung. Das Logistikbüro wurde geschlossen. Wir stimmten dennoch einer Rückerstattung in jeder Hinsicht zu. Es war ein unglücklicher Verkauf.
