Although the watch was advertised as NEW, one bracelet removable link was missing and it was not specified in the advertisement. The seller has refused to send me the missing link arguing "...What you see is what you get..." or "...you transfer 50,- euro and we will send another link...". Finally, at my request, Chrono24 offered me a discount to buy the link.

良心的なお店です 質問に対する回答はいまいちでしたが、 届いた商品は写真の通りでした。 書類の不備で一度は通関で返送され、 再配送されるまでには、かなりの時間を要しました。 お店のInstagramやFacebookは面白いのでお勧めです。 それよりも、クロノ24 のスタッフの対応が良くなかった。 入金の確認もこちらから連絡をしなければ気付かないし、通関で返送された時の質問に対しても、安心出来る対応が得られなかった。 高額な商品を購入するのにはクロノ24 は向いていないと思いました。少なくとも日本では有り得ないです。

Box was broken, but who knows whos fault was that. There was option to negotiate price, but he didn't even want to speak about it. At least watch was in same shape as on pictures.

Watch was specified as new but had cracked crystal and damaged bezel. Dive extension was missing. Tried to blame it on shipping even though damage was visible when rechecking sale ad photos. -Did however send the extension, after I complained. -Buy was aborted. Did not accept my request for compensation for actual costs to change to a new crystal and new bezel. -Waiting on my refund now.

Die gelieferte Ware war "in Ordnung". Dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass explizit gesagt wird, dass das Armband ein Glied kürzer als normal ist. "Hätte ich auf den Fotos sehen können..." Sind bei der Uhr halt wieder 400-500 Euro oder so, die ich nun ausgeben darf. Und bei einem Kaufpreis von knapp 10.000 Euro erwarte ich mehr. Emails ohne Anrede und in relativ patzigem Ton. Bei 10.000 Euro würde ich erwarten, dass jemand schreibt: "Vielen Dank für Ihren Kauf..." Statt dessen hört man: "What you see is what you Get." Brauche ich echt nicht. Nie mehr exclusive-chrono.

I did not get a response to a written questionnaire in watch condition (fine). I make a phonecall so I was told to look at the pictures. The pictures did not show that the glass did have major scratches as well as the watch did have a bigger hits. Delivery was very gast, and package secured.

Alhoewel ik het horloge inmiddels had betaald via trusted checkout moest ik wachten of een blijkbaar eerder gemaakte afspraak kwam opdagen. Dit kan echt niet. Tevens zit er geen factuur bij het horloge.
