La montre de la marque Nomos reçue ne correspondait pas à la description : montre d'occasion reçue au lieu d'une montre jamais portée.

Shipping was a bit slower than usual but still okay. Before placing the order, I had specifically asked the dealer about scratches on the case and the crystal and got the answer that the condition of the watch was very good, without going into my question about scratches. Unfortunately it turned out that the crystal is quite scratched and needs to be replaced. Communication was okay in the sense that inquiries are answered promptly, but the dealer definitely must work on their level of dedication and politeness towards customers.

After making the purchase, I asked them to add my identity number to the invoice and they have not answered me after writing them three times. I also told them that the watch manual did not correspond to the watch, we are talking about a new watch. Nor did I get an answer.
