Took too long to respond to a basic question. I requested instructions on how to open the back case. Was told if I opened the case I'd lose my one year warranty. I did it on my own successfully.

Zegarek tylko z zewnątrz był w stanie zgodnym z opisem, Dużo gorzej było z tym czego nie widać na zdjęciach, czyli z wnętrzem. Zegarek dotarł do mnie z niedokręconym deklem. Brakowało uszczelki po deklem. Bateria kiepskiej jakości wylała się do środka. Jeden z mocujących baterię uchwytów był ułamany. Zegarmistrz stwierdził ponadto uszkodzenie tubusu koronki w kopercie oraz samej koronki. Generalnie: zegarek przeznaczony do nurkowania nie jest szczelny bez w/w napraw. Być może wiedząc o kiepskim stanie technicznym zegarka nie zdecydowałbym się na jego zakup, a jeśli już, to nie za taką cenę.

Yes, the watch was shipped a day late, specifically because we wanted to have an abundance of caution to make sure since it was heading overseas that all was working perfectly to make sure that you would not have any problems with it. We would always rather be very thorough for you than rush the shipping of a delicate mechanical watch. All the proper FedEx customs documents were actually included, but since we declared a low value for you to save you hundreds of dollars in customs, we specifically left off an invoice with a price. This was done for you to save you hundreds of dollars in duties and taxes, and we provided it once FedEx asked for it. While the nature of your comment makes it seem like these were mistakes, they actually were all intentionally done to assist you.

Dealer does not know basic questions on the vintage watches they sell. When asked they shrug and say that it will take a few weeks to get the answers from their "master" watchmaker who is not in house.
