The watch I ordered was listed under the Basic Info in New Condition (Brand new, without any signs of wear). However, under the Description section is listed as Like New with Omega Presentation Box, Booklets, and Papers dated August 2019. I think this is misleading! The watch is in good condition but far from new. When I received the watch there were clear signs of wear and tear. There were dents in the tachymeter, the crystal had a scratch, all lugs showed visible scratches from removing the bracelet many times, and the clasp was scratched. However, the way the photos posted on the website were taken is intentional so one cannot see the wear signs on the watch. Especially the one showing the back of the watch, holding the watch in the air so the scratched area of the lugs is not seen. I would not have bought the watch unless new, agreed to such high price and go through the hassle of returning an over $15K watch. When I received the shipping box I was shocked how poorly it was wrapped in an old/used box and how the paper was stuffed in. To their credit they paid for the return label but I had the go back and forth to get that FedEx label and my money. Chrono24 will not release the funds from the escrow account unless the vendor closes the loop. Please read the watch description carefully and ask your questions before you place the order to avoid the need to return your item.

Dealer couldn't find the box, second strap and papers. They were moving, but it was a planned move, and they could have done much more to communicate. At some point they marked the item as delivered even though so much of the purchase was missing, simply because they wanted to avoid paying a fee for partial non-delivery. I ended up returning the watch since I had no idea when/if I'd get the rest of the purchase, which is especially not okay for a limited edition item, and I need not to have such an expensive item in limbo while traveling for the holidays.

Le vendeur répond assez vite au mail. La photo de la montre qui est en vente n’est pas la bonne photo et lorsque vous lui faites la réflexion, il s’embrouille dans ses explications. Lorsque j’achète j’ai besoin d’être assuré et là ce n’est vraiment pas le cas…

grandi problemi protratti per 20 giorni per la ricezione del pacco. ho dovuto telefonare varie volte allo spedizioniere oltre che al venditore per risolvere il caso. alla consegna la scatola dell'orologio è si originale patek ma non di quel modello patek 5110P come affermato. segnalata la cosa al venditore ,senza ostacolare il pagamento, non ho avuto risposta.comportamento poco corretto considerando anche i grossi problemi che ho subito nella consegna. comportamento a mio modo di vedere scorretto
