Najważniejszy jest napis Maurice Lacroix, który decyduje o cenie. W tym przypadku jest b.słabo wygrawerowany (prawie niewidoczny). Skórkowy pasek ze sprzączką bez napisu kosztuje 12Euro Pozdr Adam F

They did not use expedited shipping - took over a month to receive a rubber watch band. Very unimpressed. At least they were willing to negotiate on price but still unacceptable shipping method.

I tried to contact the seller 4 times either the app and email as they sent the item to another address In another country despite the sending address was Specified to be different as the billing one. I never got any answer which made the item to take longer currier time and different custom treatment. The packaging was good but it is important to check and verify every order.

Paiement effectué le 23 Mai article reçu le 11 Juin après beaucoup d'appel au vendeur qui m'a raconté une histoire comme quoi il avait vendu ma montre à quelqu'un d'autre qui aurait acheté l'article au même moment que moi alors que j'avais payé un article en stock validé par le vendeur lui même via messagerie. Au final je suis content de mon achat mais le vendeur aurait pu être plus professionnel.

Der Versand hat etwas lange gedauert (ca. 7 Wochen), weil das Armband nicht auf Lager war. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn einem das gleich und nicht auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt worden wäre.

Die Uhr wurde an die falsche addresse geschickt. Kann passieren. Aber, nachdem die Uhr an dem Verkaufer zuruckgekommen ist, meldete er sich plotzlich nicht mehr, was ich unserios fand. Die Uhr wurde endlich zugestellt nachdem das Chrono team sich einmischte. Deswegen kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Seller did not respond at all or 5 to 6 days later. I needed to activate chrono24 to get the seller to communicate with me. Item was not in stock and had to be procured. The article is exactly what was advertised.

I had to wait for delivery three months more than than declared by seller. Communication was not good at all, from seller's side based on automatically generated messages, with no sugestion how to solve this situation. All in all, i wouldn't buy my watches again if the seller doesn't declare them as ready to be send.

Shipment was delayed, probably due to added Covid restrictions. Parcel received with box damaged and opened. All these are no fault of the dealer. Dealer was responsive in all communications.
