Item took around 5-months to arrive and when it did, it appeared used/damage. Seller described item as coming from Tudor, via their supplier to me. Item was clearly not checked as was clearly a used item. I was refunded quickly. Communication with Mercedes was excellent throughout, other reviews also excellent and as such I would give OW the benefit of the doubt on this one and would use again.

Le vendeur a offert un bon prix mais il ne m'a pas informe que le verre saphire de la montre etait gratte (la couverture anti-reflet). Si j'avais su cela je n'aurai pas achete la montre. Le vendeur a ete paye par Chrono24 des reception du colis sans attendre mon approbation. La communication avec ce vendeur etait pratiquement telegraphique. Le vendeur n'a repondu a toutes les questions que je lui ai pose. Le bon prix qu'il a offert ne compense pas le fait que le verre de la montre est gratte et que je vais devoir le changer chez Breitling a un prix certainement eleve.
