Seller sold the watch as in mint condition. When I got it, the chronometer function did not work. I had it examined by an authorized watch maker that found that a part was missing in the watch and it could not have worked when seller send it (He states that it worked when he sent it..). This is not an honest seller and should not have the possibility to sell on Chrono24

Description: Omega Watch sold for me is a watch in a excellent condition. Considering a 2003 Year watch, Full set, Tested before shipping as usual, not finding problems in chronograph operation. Shipment: I delivered the shipment on may 29, the day I received confirmation from Chrono24 of the payment. The Watch arrived in Sweden on May 31,Fedex informed Me of the failure to deliver the watch, due to the absence of the customer who informed the Fedex of postponing the 7 days delivery, on holiday grounds. Communication: I Contacted the Customer several times through whatsapp, informing Him before shipping and then posting the tracking number. The Customer did not care to inform me of his absence on the scheduled delivery days. I have proposed to the Customer 3 solutions: 1)Repairing the watch with my watchmaker as a sale guarantee. 2)The refund of 200 euro. 3)The refund of the entire amount agreed for the transaction with the consequent return on the part of my watch as by Chrono24 procedure. The Customer, without authorization checked the watch at his own pace by an Omega dealer and demanded me a refund of 800,00 euro. After my refusal, He decide to accept the friendly refund of 200 euro. Now after 10 days and more, He writes That I'm not an honest person but I think I have behaved honestly and correctly as I always did. The Customer does not say why He did not accept the return of money, and He does not say why He did not accept my watchmaker to check the bad running of the watch as a sale guarantee ,maybe to save some money?
