The Omega symbol broke off the clasp as I put on the watch strap for the first time and on taking off the strap, I could see the inner side of the strap was already cracked after 30 seconds of wear. In fairness, the strap fits very well but 8 can't imagine it is going to last very long given the first impressions of the quality. Very disappointed overall.

The watch strap is excellent as the photos when viewing so very pleased, delivery took a little longer than normal from the States. I tried a few times to contact the seller through the website via email and even tried to call a couple of times because I had questions. No reply at all, in the end I took a chance and decided to purchase the strap, but I wouldn't have done the same if it was a high value item. But I'm pleased that I have now received the strap so all good. Thank you

The seller charged me 46€ for what he claimed would be a faster delivery service than the regular one at 18€ proposed when I placed my order. At the end the letter arrived 4 weeks after it was send and it cost 14,5€ as shown on the letter ! This is an unfair practise. I have written to the seller with no reply or apologize from him.

These are very lkely not genuine Omega buckles despite the description, but it's good if you are just want the aesthetic of one without shelling out 2x or 3x more cash for an actual Omega buckle.

At first, parcel was shipped to completely wrong adress. Then it took over 5 weeks that something happened and only via the help of the Chrono24 team. Second attempt worked well but I never received the tracking number I asked for. However, the product is as described.

Buckle is in good shape and looks as on pictures. However buckle did not match the description. add said 18mm width but it is actually a 20 mm buckle making it useless to mee. I contacted the vendor by email twice including picture to show the actual size of the buckle and did not get any feedback. waste of money to even send it back not being sure I would be reimbursed.
