Having sold tens of thousands of watches over the last three decades, such a serial number mismatch is a rare event, but there are humans at every level and mistakes happen. I have seen mismatches from the factory to authorized dealers and at vendors of every level. In fact the mismatch that led to your dissatisfaction first happened over 10 years ago at an authorized Omega dealer. That mismatch was compounded by a data entry error here which caused us to enter the wrong number in our database. "Misrepresented" implies intent which was never the case, and there were still two correct cards with the watch, the Warranty card and the Pictogram card. As soon as you informed us of the issue we apologized, offered a prepaid insured shipping label at our expense for a full refund or a $250 credit which was fair value for a Chronometer card - all else being complete and correct. Had the Warranty card been mismatched, I could certainly understand wanting a greater amount, but $1,000 was not a reasonable expectation for the value of the Chronometer card. We remain sorry that this was your experience.

I see that from the time you placed an order on Sunday morning to revoking it on Sunday evening, less than 18 hours had passed. Our office was closed during those hours.
